“ i found the apartments clean and tidy with basic untilities . and only enough hot water for one person to get a shower, this i think needs to improve if you have a family stopping there. entertainment was ok , staff was friendly and helpful...

“ i have just returned from my holiday at laguna park 1.i had requested a room with a view and a sunny balcony.What i got was a room overlooking a buisy noisey road, and the smell of the chip shop which was close buy.My bed had springs sticking out, they wear no shelves in the oven, so i could not use it. All in all not veary good, would not use this hotel again.

Renovated in 2002, this complex comprises a total of 130 apartments spread over 7 floors. It offers a lobby with 24-hour reception, cafe bar, TV room, laundry service (additional fees apply) and parking spaces.
“ The hotel was adequate for our requirements and met its rating. However the furniture particularily the beds would benefit from an upgrade.

The Malibu Park Apartments are a popular family holiday complex located directly opposite the water theme park and with good access to all the attractions of Playa de Las Americas. The complex offers good pool facilities, tennis courts and a pool side bar. There are a number of bars and restaurants directly outside the resort also.
“ Our stay at the Malibu Park Apartments was very pleasent. VERY clean and spacious room. Our rooms were cleaned both days we were there. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. the apartments are 25 euros in a taxi from the airport and 7 euros in a taxi to the main bars and clubs.

Aparthotel Santa Maria is located just 500 metres from the nearest beach where a variety of water sports and activities are available. The town centre is only 1 km away from the resort making bars, shops and restaurants close by. The apartments are spacious and well equipped with modern amenities. They also have a balcony area, some offering excellent views. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar with some excellent food and drink on offer.
“ we found the hotel in a central location with plenty of restaurants and places to visit around. The room was ok but could of been better as hob was dirty and work surfaces were dusty.

“ Doesn't look inspiring from the front but inside it's large, ample public spaces and loads of room to spread out and feel relaxed. Bedroom fairly standard but we did book an economy one, clean, carpeted (which is unusual) and surprisingly although overlooking a shopping centre was very quiet.
