“ found this hotel to be very nice, staff more than helpful and friendly, food good caters more towards foreign visitors but you woundn't go hungry there's always something you could eat. courtesy bus was handy to go down to beach as I was with my elderly mother who could not have walked as its quite hilly. One thing I would say is the entertainment although quite good did not always announce in english so counld'nt understand a lot. It was my mums birthday while we were there and we came back to the room to find a bottle of good champagne, chocolates and a very nice card from the staff, thought that was a very nice touch and certainly made her day. overall a nice hotel which I would reccomend to others.

Great place to stay, my daughter loved the pool and the kids club. Very close to the beach (about a 5/10 mins walk) and the restaurants if you fancied a change from the all inclusive meal or a drink also you can have a walk along the front. ( there is also a spar store if you needed any emergency items).
Overall we thought it was a great holiday for a week the staff are very helpful at the hotel, room was cleaned everyday,(also clean towels everyday). Food was good plenty of choice and the drink menu was the best we have seen on an all inclusive (try and get to the restaurant earlier due to the queue for the grille chef.)
There is a snack bar that you can use in the day at the poolside however the food is quite limited, you can use the main restaurant in the day also.
This is not the biggest all inclusive we have been to and the food is limited as there is only one restaurant, however if you have young children this is a great and quite cheap holiday, close to the airport (20-30 mins) and good day time flights. My daughter loved the club and they did something different with them everyday (there is a kids disco but this does not start till 9:30pm and a very small park for the kids). There is two large pools one being heated (and a small children pool)

Great hotel. However a couple of things for example:
Service at lunch and dinner time could have been much better as we had to wait on several occassions to be served our drinks. The waiters seemed to be more interested in clearing the tables rather than checking who has entered for lunch or dinner. Rooms at back of hotel was a bit noisey with traffic and barking dogs early in the morning. However overall would recommend this hotel to friends.
“ Top Tip: Great beach area in front of the Grand Bahia hotel.

“ Very pleasant hotel. Great views over the resort. There are lots of steps so not great for people with limited mobility, however there are lifts. The food was ok but limited choices
“ Top Tip: A ten minute walk downhill to the beach but a 20 minute walk back uphill!!

“ Despite the hilly site of this hotel, the different levels are very accessible thanks to clever landscaping and lifts! Food was pretty good and varied (though there are chips every day for those who need them!). The top (heated) pool was quite good in late March / early April but the fight for sunbeds was tedious as usual (despite signs forbidding reserving them). Staff were generally very helpful and cheerful. Evening entertainment was sometimes cheesy but often hilarious (Spanish Beatles tribute band, comedy magic act and belly dancing). There is a building site next door but the noise was not intrusive (although if you have a room at the top of the site backing on to the road you could hear the lorries arriving at 7am). All in all, this mum and her teenage daughter loved our 5 night stay and would happily return to this hotel and resort.
“ Top Tip: Ask for a room within the grounds rather than in the building at the top of the site to avoid early morning noise from traffic and hunting dogs across the way. The hotel offers 1/2 hour slots in a courtesy room for late transfers home so you can enjoy the whole day. The hotel charges 4 euros for 1/2 hour WIFI (or their computers) access so head to the shops and buy a Spanish sim card for your phones and iPads. The beach is a reasonable but not impossible walk away, as is the rather smart new circular shopping centre. This is the posh end of town so expect posh shops and prices! Walk further along the prom for the usual British bars and gift shops if that's what floats your boat.
