Does not warrant all the negative reviews given on trip advisor,
Great location, kept very clean, large appartments, friendly staff, reasonable choice of food which was fine.
Good value for money.
If you want a 5 star hotel, go and pay 5 star prices.

On a lads holiday Only 3 of us with ages ranged from late 20's to nearly 50.
We had a fantastic time but resort a little bit quite. We were not out looking for nightclubs but could have done with a Irish bar or fun pub. Saying that we would go back. Lots of good fun had by us all.

“ The hotel was ok for a 3 star but is in need of repair/refurbishment broken tiles everywhere and the seating in the entertainment area was ripped etc. First impressions getting off the bus was omg what am i staying in but once inside it wasnt that bad. None of this really bothered me that much as the hotel was in a perfect location and right on the sea. there wasnt much around the hotel a few shops etc but only a bus journey away from anywhere in Tenerife if you wanted to go and do/see anything. all the staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were cleaned 3 to 4 times a week. rooms were very spacious with cooking facilities if you wanted. Despite my first impressions and the repair needs i would go back to this hotel again
“ Top Tip: there was nothing special near the hotel itself but found that it being right on the beach perfect

This is my second time there and just like the last time I had a really good time. The staff recognised me and made me feel very welcome.
Once you pass the shock of the "car park" look from outside you will find the inside is much better, the apartments are adequate but the outside is just wonderful.
Valerie the entertainer was superb again and really took time to make sure we were having a good time. There are different shows every night including your typical reptile or birds one but Valerie always come with some ingenious way to make us laugh, she is wonderful.
The rooms are spacious but basic however since I spent little time in it, it really did not matter. There is a small tv which is handy when you want background noise while getting ready. Do not hesitate to ask for a remote control at reception when you check in (not many people know that).
It was all inclusive, the food could taste a bit better and they should label what it is as even after a bite I was still not sure what it was. However there is plenty of options and with 4 meals a day I was never hungry. Plus they serve drinks from 10am until after 11pm including alcohol so that makes up for it. Try the honey rhum, it is just sublime!
What I like most about this hotel is the spacious outdoor area and probably the biggest pool on the island. There is so much space that you never bumped into anyone and there are quieter areas if you want to avoid the children or noisy people. I love swimming and it is a pleasure to swim in such a large pool.
Most of the staff are friendly, they do work hard and long hours but I have always enjoyed a chat or two with them.
As mentioned, it is my second time in 3 months and no doubt I will be going back.
It's easy to meet people there if you come on your own which I did the first time and then went back for the second time with some of the people I met there plus I met more people.

Top Tip:
After the entertainment and the bar shuts you can just walk down to the bars like K-City and Luis Muir (or Karaoke Bar as we call it) to carry on partying and they will make you feel very welcome as well as the locals.
If you want to try a different shot, do try the vodka caramel, it is just delicious!

The whole hotel is tired. As previously stated looks like carpark from outside, could be improved simply by having name of hotel in large letters above entrance. Foyers ok, grounds ok.
Swimming pool huge, almost an infinity pool, filled by sea, lovely to swim in and sunbath around, plenty of sunbeds and umbrella's, however there are loose tiles around the sunbathing area.
There was constant work to structure of hotel going on whilst we were there, although this was not overly intrusive.
Rooms clean and very large; bedroom, bathroom with bath and overbath shower(plenty of hot water) and living room with kitchen area, as it was originally self-catering, although they are now introducing All-inclusive. Rooms cleaned 5 times a week, towels changed every 2 days.
All inclusive drinks very good, wine, beer, soft drinks on tap, spirits, cocktails and sangria behind bar.
All inclusive food mediocre, edible but lacked flavour and variety. 1970's canteen style restaurant.
All staff friendly and helpful.
Would rate hotel higher if food improved(more variety and choice) and appearance up-dated.
