La Quinta Park Suites is located in the peaceful residential area of Santa Ursula, with magnificent views of Mount Teide, the Atlantic Ocean, Orotava Valley and down to Puerto de la Cruz. A free shuttle bus covers the 7km to Puerto de la Cruz, delivering guests to the shopping centre 'Piramidex Martianez', close to the lido pool complex and the beach, from where you can stroll to the picturesque old town with its fishing harbour and traditional town square. The Quinta Park complex was built amid 24,000 square metres of lush subtropical gardens, where you can sit and enjoy the fabulous scenery.

“ AWAY FROM MAIN CENTRE/NIGHT LIFE WHICH SUITED US. SPACIOUS SUITE WITH NICE BALCONY OVERLOOKING POOL AND SEA. KITCHEN ADEQUATE BUT COULD BE SO MUCH BETTER EQUIPPED eg with tea towels etc. AT MINIMAL EXPENSE. GOOD SHUTTLE TO PUERTO DE LA CRUZ BUT IDEALLY THE SERVICE COULD GO ON A BIT LATER IN THE EVENING. MENUS IN THE HOTEL DID NOT APPEAL SO WE TENDED TO USE THE BAR/RESTAURANT 150 YDS UP THE ROAD WHICH WE ENJOYED.

Beautiful location with stunning views. Hotel was ok, clean and comfortable. staff friendly but not forthcoming with info . Free bus to local town very handy. Bungalow was big, clean but very basic. Not much to do for teenagers...There is pool and ping pong, but beware, gym 6 euros per day and spa 8 euros per 2 hour session !! Tennis and squash extra too. These facilities were very good though if prepared to pay.
Beware All Inclusive: Does not include gym/spa/tennis/squash with i thought was shocking.
Snack bar was not free either.
Quality of food good.
Would not choose AI again.

Location, Service, Food: very good
But, Apartments poor: very cold, no heating, damp blankets (and too few of them), and very few kitchen utensils...not even any pan/dish cleaning materials. Clearly the kitchen had been equipped by a non-cooker.
It seemed that people travelling in tour groups got better accommodation and better attention

We were at La Quinta Park for New Year and did not know, nor were we told by anyone, that a ticket had to be purchased for Gala Dinner. We turned up at normal time and were told that there was no meal for us and as it was 1930hrs there was no means of transport from the hotel into Puerto de la Cruz to eat elsewhere. We were left with no dinner and the receptionist just shrugged his shoulders when asked where my two children were to eat and told us that we should have had lunch that day instead. Spoilt New Years Eve for us.
Overall a very nice hotel, good food and beautiful surroundings. Good free shuttle bus to Puerto de la Cruz but if you want to travel in the evenings a hire car would be required.
