“ COMFORTABLE & FRIENDLY - REASONABLE CHOICE OF FOOD AND TASTY TREATS. LACK OF EVENING ENTERTAINMENT. WOULD BENEFIT WITH BAR FACILITIES BEFORE DINNER AND AFTER DINNER DRINKS. WAITERS WILLING TO HELP BUT WERE RESTRICTED BY HOTEL RULES.--- DISAPPOINTING OVERALL A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE

WE HAVE ENJOYED A WEEK AT THIS HOTEL AND RESORT OF EL MEDANO. THE 3 STARS ARE CORRECT AND STAFF FRIENDLY WITHOUT BEING PUSHY. BUFFET STYLE BREAKFAST AND DINNER PROVIDED A GOOD SELECTION OF FOOD BUT NOT HOT ENOUGH.I DID SPEAK WITH THE CHEF AND THE SOUP NEXT DAY WAS HOTTER! CLEAN LINEN AND TOWELS EVERY DAY IN A BASIC,BUT CLEAN ROOM,HOT SHOWERS AND GOOD PLUMBING! SUN TERRACES ON EACH FLOOR.
SITUATED ON A VERY GOOD,CLEAN BEACH WITH SAFE BATHING AND LIFE GUARDS PRESENT DURING DAY. WITH A FEW TAPAS BARS AND RESTAURANTS NEAR BY THE CHOICE IS VARIED FOR BREAKFAST,LUNCH,SNACKS AND DINNER. A QUIET BAY WITH GOOD WALKING AND LOVELY FRIENDLY POEPLE. THANK YOU

GREAT VIEWS FROM HOTEL DINING ROOM AND SUN TERRACES. A FAVOURITE OF OURS WAS" EL-TIMON" A SMALL TAPAS BAR WITH GOOD FOOD SERVED ALL DAY. ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE FOOTBALL EVERY MATCH DAY AT WAYNE'S "MEDANO BAR" MEANT NO ARGUMENTS WHATEVER TEAM WE FOLLOWED.

“ Really enjoyed my stay here. It is a very simple and basic hotel but absolutely adequate. Staff very low key but helpful. Dining room is a bit like a school canteen but the food was fine and again adequate. Perfect location if you enjoy sea swimming, very central if you don't want to do too much working. Stayed here on my own and it was fine.
“ Top Tip: Flashpoint Cafe serve very nice food and drink although very busy at weekends.

“ After spending three weeks at this Hotel,we could not fault it at all.The location could not have been better,situated on the beach and main area of El Medano,seafront bars and cafe's ,Our room was comfortable and clean ,Dining room nice views overlooking the sea,the food was buffet style plenty to choose from..and a very good salad bar;staff were friendly and helpful.Lounge and sun terrace ideal for relaxing with a book and free WiFi.Tourist information across the road,advertising various activities. Windsurfing ,Scuba Diving,Kitesurfing around the area, also places of interest.This Hotel i would recommend for a great holiday.
