“ Had to stay 1st night in another hotel as it was overbooked. Had to argue to get some money back. Great for beach and watersports. Staff very helpful. Mainly catering for German speaking people but made to feel very welcome.

“ I stayed here for 9 nights and can only say it was a first class hotel and very reasonably priced. It was right next to the beach, the hotel staff were friendly and the breakfasts good. It was in a quiet location and cannot fault it. Would highly recommend it. As the hotel is run by a German family, there were mainly foreign visitors - not many British and was well away from the usual Tenerife mayhem. A lot of Germans and Swiss that were there for windsurfing and sea activities. A1 location and hotel

“ Very pleasant stay thanks to comfortable hotel, friendly staff and great location beside the beach and kite/wind surfing bay; also handy for El Medano's restaurants and bars. But on a hot night we left our balcony door wide open and a burglar came into our room while we were asleep (having climbed onto it from the restaurant roof) and stole passports, credit cards, etc which were on a table near the door, so anyone staying there in a room with an accessible balcony needs to use the bolt that secures the balcony door only slightly open.
“ Top Tip: 20 minute walk to Playa de la Tejita, a long gently shelving sandy beach popular with both nudists and swimsuit-wearers.
