“ The room & hotel was very cean & tidy. Breakfast choice was extensive however the cooked section was only ok. The views from the hotel are lovely this is a very rocky part of tenerife with lots of cliff walks , its ideal for people who are looking for a quiet holiday , but with some really nice restaurants close by.
“ Top Tip: El nautico does nice tapas , great views & also their hotel restaurant called (Maria) is not expensive but very nice .

“ This hotel is not four star. The quality of the food was overall poor and not very wide, the room was small, the TV had few English channels, and the one pool was very small. Furthermore, whilst some of the restaurant staff were pleasant, many seemed to find serving guests such as us who were on the all inclusive deals and consequently could have drinks and snacks during the day as a hinderance. This didn't help make us feel very welcomed and more that we were a burden. Whilst we had a good holiday, it is baffling how it's a four star and owing to the staff's welcome, I would be reticent to recommend. Finally, on the night of our arrival, we were shocked to see an 'entertainer' with many snakes in the foyer outside of the restaurant. Absolutely no awareness that many people do not like snakes and they would feel uncomfortable (I do have a serious phobia but my friend who doesn't still found it distasteful), it was highly unhygenic and completely not in keeping with a 'four star' hotel.
