H10 Costa Adeje Palace

“ This is a lovely hotel in quiet part of Costa Adeje. The facilities are excellent as is the food. We found the staff very pleasant and extremely helpful.
The situation of the hotel gives access to nice seafront walks and a short walk to lovely designer shopping.

“ Top Tip: There is a good access to sea front promenade which is a super walking and cycling path.

“ This was our fourth Easter visit to the Adeje Palace and we love it there! It's a large hotel but because of the huge foyer and pool areas (which are beautifully maintained) it never feels too crowded or busy.The staff are all polite and helpful, especially in the dining room where you are spoilt for choice ! Most nights there are shelled king prawns which are a luxury to us!
My eldest daughter enjoyed sports like archery,pistol shooting and mini golf but our youngest daughter didn't use the kids club, though the H10 miniclub staff seemed lovely. We did find that there weren't many Brits at the hotel this year,Overall though, a fantastic hotel with luxury facilites and would definitely recommend!

“ Top Tip: Walk 10 mins to the beautiful fishing village of La Caleta. We walked along the coast and the kids loved watching the monster crabs scurrying over the rocks!

We upgraded but saw the std roms which where very nice, food was good value but, you will want to get away from it after a few days and try the local eateries which are excellent for fish etc

“ Top Tip: There are great bars for a quick drink opposite hotel and 10 minute walk to caletta village

“ The hotel lobby and public areas were as expected for the standard of hotel. Large, spacious and airy. The rooms were below expectations for the standard of hotel with uncomfortable, extremely squeaky beds and showers that were intermittently hot and cold. The bathrooms and bedrooms needed updating for comfort and appearance. There was just a single socket to charge appliances and the mirror was nowhere near anywhere you could dry your hair. We complained about the bed on arrival and by the second day the complaint was escalated to public relations but we still has to go to the front desk to spur them on to help resolve the issue. We were given two alternative rooms to look at of equally non descript appearance with beds that were equally as bad. We stayed in our original room. Despite this the weather was good and we enjoyed out holiday. The location is good. Quiet and a short walk from some lovely restaurants. The pool areas are lovely and well equipped with loungers, toilets and a pool bar.

“ Top Tip: La Vieja restaurant and Rosso del Mare were lovely fish restaurants in a beautiful setting only 5 minutes walk away
