Built in 1996, this apartment complex comprises of a 5-storey main building with a total of 244 rooms. The hotel has a lobby with a reception, 4 lifts, 2 bars, a restaurant, Internet access (extra charge applies), a playground for children, a conference room, a TV room and a games room. Laundry services complete the amenities on offer at this hotel.The inviting complex is situated in a central location in the tourist resort of La Caleta in the popular holiday destination of Costa Adje. Playa del Duque beach is just 200 m away. Several shopping areas with shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants surround the hotel. A bus service to the centre of Playa de las Americas departs from a stop located directly next to the complex.The welcoming apartments include an integrated living room/bedroom, a separate bedroom, an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a kitchenette, a hire safe and a furnished balcony with either views of the pool or the sea. Some of the studios are adapted for disabled clients and have a roll-in shower.The hotel offers 2 freshwater pools (1 heated in winter), a separate children's pool, sun loungers and parasols (for an additional fee) and a hot tub on the roof terrace. There are also tennis and billiards (for an additional fee) and table tennis facilities. The hotel also offers an entertainment programme including shows, games, dance, sports and live music. For children, special shows and a kids' disco are on offer. Guests may pay a visit to the golf course that is located just 2 km from the hotel.

This hotel is in a lovely spot in the quiet resort of La Caleta.There are some great restaurants and it's easy to get the bus right outside if you want somewhere more lively, or walk along the beach to the El Duque which is very stylish.
The apartments are a good size and clean. They are fairly well equipped, but could benefit from an up date, cracked tiles etc.
The breakfast was adequate, everything you could want, but not the best quality. The pool was nice and the jacuzzi on level 3 a great spot.
This is only a 3 star hotel and it shows. It could be fabulous but was fine for us to use as a base.
The reception staff could do with some customer service training, as they give the impression that they are doing you a big favour.
“ Top Tip: Cesco restaurant fabulous seafood and tapas in a lovely spot. Go to watch the surfers or the sun go down. Great service and menu advice.

“ Very homely hotel, staff very pleasant. Stress free holiday. Location was good for us ... for walking ... eating in the local village.
“ Top Tip: Love the walk through the fishing village and high up ... arrid landscape with cactus ... beautiful revine and place to chillout.

“ Great hotel in terms of food, clean, slightly off the beaten track. Peace and quiet! Access to a 30-45min walk along the ocean, after breakfast at the same time. I missed the can for some relaxing massage at the hotel, but the jacuzzi is also good.

“ Hotel very nice, very clean and kept very well. only 2 down sides were that not much to do around and nearby after 11pm and although sky tv in room it was all german and spanish channels we could only understand sky news and bbc world news
“ Top Tip: do not have breakfast next door nice friendly bar but food had a lot to be desired
