“ Extremely friendly hotel with superb staff. High standards of cleanliness. Any requests catered for. Food a little monotonous and dining room rather cramped. At busy times dining is a bit of a bun fight.

Really nice 4* hotel. Very clean all around and also the rooms cleaned well.
Staff always had a 'hello' and smiled which makes a change.
Not much around local for shopping and strolling except for lovely cliff top walk.
Restaurant food and staff were great, plenty of quality choices for breakfast and dinner.
The room we were allocated was a little 'decor dated' and on a end corner, but just ok
Pool area was a little crowded with beds so close together but we went over to
Riu Princess the sister hotel over the road which has a slightly larger pool area with a nice quiet sanded section.
All over, a really nice comfortable hotel, run and managed well, a credit to Riu.

“ Comfortable friendly hotel in a nice quiet area of Costa Adeje. Even when the hotel was full there appeared to be enough staff to cope with everything. The pool area is very pleasant and the standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel was very high. The rooms could perhaps do with an update but on the whole our second stay here was most enjoyable.

“ Limited number of restaurants in short walking distance. Half Board food is good and very nicely presented but a bit repetitive over a week. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was in very good condition although the en suite (which was spotlessly clean) could be improved with new taps, shower mixer and toilet seat which were showing signs of a lot of use. There were extra pillows and blankets in the wardrobe. The air conditioning was efficient and quiet. We liked the carpeted floors which meant we were not disturbed by furniture being scraped across the floor in rooms adjoining and above.

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.
“ Top Tip: Use the local bus service to get around as it leaves from just outside the hotel and is much cheaper than Taxis who most times over charged!
