The Sheraton La Caleta Resort & Spa is located in the exclusive area of Costa Adeje in the South of Tenerife, boasting of a sea-front location. The distance from the shopping area is only about 2 km, 1.5 km from the nearest Golf Course and the beach is easily reached with a 5 minute walk. This luxurious property features exquisitely decorated guestrooms equipped with terraces. The hotel features a pool village boasting 3 outdoor swimming pools, a children´s Club with a pool and a recreational area, as well as a Teen´s Club with PlayStation’s and computers with internet access. To satisfy everyone´s appetite, guests can enjoy a wide selection of gastronomic experiences in one of the 4 restaurants of the hotel, offering Spanish, Japanese and other authentic cuisines. The guests can also enjoy agreeable moments in the snack-bar located at the pool area, perfect for a refreshing drink or ice cream. “ The Sheraton La Caleta is a top quality five star hotel. The standard room we opted for was a good size and had a bathroom that was quite huge compared to most hotel accommodation. Breakfast is served until 11am which is handy if you like to lie in. Every day the food was superb. We didn't use the pools as we prefer the beach, but the pools looked lovely.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the service they gave throughout our stay was quite exemplary. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is beautiful to look at both inside and out and lives up to its five star rating...unlike some.

“ Top Tip: One tip we were given from a member of staff was that it is always sunny in Tenerife if you know where to go. Tenerife has 22 microclimates, so while it was cloudy throughout our entire stay in Adeje, we still managed to find blistering sun every day by driving just 30km along the east coast. This is handy to know if sun means a lot to you.

Playa de la Arena was the best beach we found which is on the west coach, next to Los Gigantes. The beach is immaculately kept and the facilities were the best I've ever seen on a beach.

“ We have stayed at the Sheraton many times and have never experienced any problems. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the gardens are beautiful and the staff are friendly and efficient. There is a buffet breakfast every day and there are plenty of options for everyone. Tables are cleared quickly and the buffet area is restocked promptly. There are more than enough sunbeds around the pools or in the garden areas so no worries about arriving later in the morning to find there is not a seat to be had! The sheraton is close to local bars and restaurants so guests can eat out if they have not chosen the half board option. There is entertainment in the bar area in the evening but guests often leave the hotel for a walk along the promenade which runs between the hotel and the beach. Rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are large with a bath + a walk in shower and plenty of towels. The beds are large and very comfortable.
