“
The Sheraton has all the qualities and facilities that a five star hotel should have and is well placed for appreciation of sun and sea and doesn't suffer from any unpleasant surroundings. The garden is very well laid out with generous, well maintained planting and it has large irregularly shaped pools, one salt water and another fresh and heated if necessary. Many of the sun beds are on lawned areas ideally suited to relaxation.
Evening entertainment is very obtrusive to all inward facing rooms, less so in the higher levels but still very evident. The entertainers seemed to offer volume but lack quality; on two evenings, mercifully, there was none on offer. Free internet is only in designated areas and in some grades of room, payment is required in order to use the rooms' 'fridge. A newish small shopping area nearby offers coffee, ice-cream, pizza and a small but well stocked UK-ish supermarket.
“ Top Tip: Fuel is far lower priced than the UK; nominally a Euro per litre. There is a long safely illuminated promenade for exercise or access to much more going on in Las Americas.

“ Have stayed here before and have always had a great hoilday. Exceptional service met with a smiling face by everyone. We upgraded directly with the hotel after booking with Travel Republic which was no problem. We were then upgraded from Premium to Club when we arrived as we were not 100% satisfied with the allocated room. This is a quiet, select hotel with little entertainment which suites my wife and I. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for in this world and this place is quality - I would highly recommend it
“ Top Tip: We eat out of the hotel in the main and there are a number of small bars locally for mid day snacks. Try Jack's bar which is some 500 yards from the hotel towards Fanabe beach - good home cooking at a competitive price

“ Great hotel - superb position in quiet area on edge of Costa Adeje. Breakfast excellent, lunch and dinner rather expensive for the average quality of food. If we went again it would be on bed and breakfast basis as there are many affordable, decent restaurants in surrounding area, especially in La Caleta. Would only recommend hotel for families with very young children - children over the age of five do not seem to be catered for. Overall a great hotel, friendly staff, beautiful peaceful gardens/pool areas, gorgeous bird song from resident blackbirds accompanied by the sound of crashing waves - really lovely.
“ Top Tip: La Caleta - village within walking distance although a taxi may be advisable in the evening only 3 euros each way

“ First class hotel. Courteous, efficient, friendly staff and good standard of service in all respects. Despite the number of guests the public areas always felt quiet and relaxing. Not for the younger party goers, who would need to travel some distance to find night life and activity, but great for families with one or two small children looking for a quiet escape and absolutely ideal for the (only slightly!) older guest wanting a relaxing break in civilised and aesthetically pleasant surroundings.
