I have been twice to this hotel. It is a wonderful "chill out" place to stay. Fantastic service. Nothing is too much trouble. The sea water pool is brilliant.
I had a wonderful massage at the spa which also includes a thalassotherapy pool, sauna, steam, and ice room. Heaven!!
“ Top Tip: A friendly Italian cafe by the supermarket across, the road. It does lovely coffee, pizza, pasta, all at reasonable prices.

“ Excellent for a few days relaxing and unwinding. Pools and garden were great and restaurants and bars good too. Only disappointment was that you had to pay €21 to use the spa facilities after your first visit (passes were for a day, I think).

“ As we have stayed in this hotel before it didn't fail to impress us again with the service and friendleness of the staff although expensive but worth the price for the hotel room and excellent pool. As we have a 3.5 year old the kids area provided lots of fun and activities for him while we were there.
“ Top Tip: Must visit the fishing village up the road has great local fish restaurant with reasonably priced menu. There is an Italian resturant called 7 around the corner with good food and sport bar for UK stranded football fenatics.

“ This is our third visit to the Sheraton. Our room was fine and very comfortable and staff were very polite and friendly. However, the drains in our room smelt a bit but we bought a bottle of bleach which worked wonders. The food was very disappointing on this visit. The standard has definitely dropped since our last visit in 2009. The breakfast was good though the cereals were very poor quality and we never managed to get a hot cup of tea or coffee. Evening meal at the Parador restaurant was difficult as all vegetables and some other meat and fish dishes were kept in heated containers which did not keep them hot. In past years they have done the same though only small quantities at a time (maybe 6 or 10) were put in the containers not loads like this time and that seemed to work much better. The spanish restaurant was very nice. Overall, a nice hotel but the food is not 5 star standard.

“ My wife and i have just enjoyed a wonderful week at the Anthelia Hotel in Tenerife. We were offered champagne on arrival and also on entry into the dining room on several evenings. We were on half board accommodation and enjoyed super food with a fantastic choice at both breakfast and dinner which were served between 7.

“ Doesn't look inspiring from the front but inside it's large, ample public spaces and loads of room to spread out and feel relaxed. Bedroom fairly standard but we did book an economy one, clean, carpeted (which is unusual) and surprisingly although overlooking a shopping centre was very quiet.

This luxury hotel, situated in a unique and natural environment with 12,000m2 of subtropical gardens; has 5 floors and was built in 1987 with Arab-inspired arquitecture. There are a total of 390 rooms - doubles and suites. Amongst other installations, clients have at their disposal the Tropical Wellness Spa - offering a wealth of health and beauty treatments as well as a hairdressers. Also available are 5 bars and 5 restaurants. The Business Centre offers internet access (with extra charge), and the laundry service and room service are of offer for an extra charge. Car parking spaces are available.
