Immersed in a country house of 240.000 m2, it cultivates ornamental and autochthonous plants, there are wild typical trees "tarajales".The building was built in 1932 and renovated in 1999 and offers 9 double rooms and 3 suites. Inside the hotel, the common denominator are the floors of mud and a great multitude of pictures and ancient furniture. Guests are provided with a 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe, a restaurant and a car park.This country hotel is located just 2.5 km from the town centre with shops and entertainment venues. It lies on a rocky coastline and an ideal starting point for walks and hikes. Links to the public transport network are to be found about 2 km away and the beach is 8 km from the hotel.The rooms, decorated with antique restored furniture, are all equipped with an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a minibar and a terrace.There is a saltwater pool in the hotel grounds, along with sun loungers and parasols. It was the most amazing experience and everything was just perfect. The location was very remote, you definately need a car but once you are there you just dont want to leave. The staff are ALL so friendly and efficient and make you so welcome. The setting is just so pretty and the hotel, restaurant, room, pool area etc was just lovely.
The food was great and the dinner menu was very imaginative and so well presented.
I just cant wait to go back again. There are pretty places to visit whilst you are there and its nice to go out and about to see them. Its so different to the south of Tenerife, not so touristy.I am lucky enough to live in Tenerife, in the south, but would definately recommend Costa Salada to all my friends, its just so lovely.
