Good hotel, great position,excellent pools and facilities,very good food.You might find the info a bit short on TV use, refridgerator,guests etc .But, get this.....
"For financial reasons It is forbidden to bring food and drink into the hotel" and, certainly not use the fridge , even for a stored glass of water to take medicine...maybe chewing gum doesnt count!!! Very irritating and not common at all in my experience.
SO...I cannot be enthusiastic overall!!

“ this hotel is definatly for the elderly 70plus we are a couple of 46 and 47 and found the hotel more like one flew over the cukoos nest or a home for the elderly not impressed food plenty but only warm not hot staff miserable hotel clean but tatty should be rated 3 star we think we paid over the top at 1500 for 2 people half board their are better hotels about we might go back in twenty years over priced drinks

“ This is the second time I have stayed in the hotel and would regard it as excellent value for money. The rooms are comfortable and very clean with fantastic views from the balcony over the sea and harbour. They could however do with a staged refurbishment programme of the bedrooms in order to upgrade fixtures and fittings which in my view are slightly dated. Notwithstanding the overall presentation and facilities within the hotel are well maintained and off a very high standard. During my stay I found the staff to be very polite and helpful in every respect and could not fault them. The main restaurant which provided breakfast and dinner was very professionally run by hard working staff and the standard of food was varied and of excellent quality. I would certainly return to this hotel and would have no hesitation of recommendation to my family and friends.

“ A friendly hotel, been back several times. If you go in winter ask for pool side room as that's the sunny side. Entertainment is reasonable, the animacion team work really hard. Good food selection, Some dishes cooked fresh, but a lot could be hotter. Beds changed regularly, clean towels every day. Would definitely go back again.
