“ Excellent rooms. Thought we had booked a good room with the Premium Junior Suite but had been upgraded automatically on arrival to an Executive Suite which was just superb. Nothing bad about it at all. The food at breakfast and lunch was very varied and good quality.Absolutely everything you could ever imagine wanting for breakfast was there !!!! The evening meal was very similar every night but that is common with all inclusive. We also thought it would have been nice to have been shown to a seat and served with drinks but minor things really - it would not put me off going again.
“ Top Tip: We found a gem of a restaurant - an Italian called "Bianco" - just minutes from the hotel. Decided to go out one night for a meal even though had paid for all inclusive. Was so good that we went again !! Probably the best Italian food we have ever had. Superb home made pasta and brilliant service too.

“ Top Tip: when in los cristianos i like to go native and i found bar gavota in the square good, miguel speaks good english and is very helpfull while raymond 1 next to the taxi rank is great for a couple of beers then a steak or fish , raymond the owner is very kind and the staff, andre, ali, and co are so polite and efficient, they make you so welcome.

Playa De Las Americas
3 Star Hotel
Customer rating from 95 reviews: 6.5 Above Average
Its fantastic location, just a few hundred meters from the beach and resort centre but in a quiet area, makes the Bonanza a very attractive place to stay for clients and couples wishing to have at easy reach restaurants, bars and shops in a tranquil environment. The complex is near the Siam Park. Please note that from the 1st of November 2011 Bonanza Hotel will only accept adults (16 y/o and older).
“ Had a very enjoyable week at this hotel. Positives are the location and cost. Negatives would have to be the fact that you have to pay extra for everyday items such as Microwave, internet and television.

Villa Cortes Hotel

5 Star Hotel
Customer rating from 152 reviews: 9.3 Magnificent

The enchanting Villa Cortes is built in Mexican style. Perfectly situated, set beside the waters of the Atlantic Ocean on the island's south coast, a few minutes away from both the town centre and airport. The 151 bedrooms and suites are uniquely craftsmen decorated and equipped with all modern amenities. Further providing five gourmet restaurants and five bars catering for all tastes, as well as a Spa offering several treatments.
“ A great hotel with good accommodation and location but with serious weaknesses in the quality of food at dinner (half-board) and with the poor service in the Spa, where little works anyway. Despite complaining to the manager, we were left thinking we were the only ones who did so - clearly NOT the case given the number of other travellers who we now see complain on review sites.
