Welcoming on day of arrival was brilliant! Room was ready and all bags were taken to the room with a glass of Cava as well.
Although the hotel is higher up out of the town, it was 6 euro's into los cristianos - not a problem!
Staff were more than friednly and went out of there way to help.
We were a party of 4 girls who will be returning next year!
“ Top Tip: The Dubliner in Playa was great but not for the older generation!

“ We stayed in this hotel from the 14th to the 20th May after moving from another hotel. It was in a totally different league from the one we had originally booked and we had a lovely time. The pool is lovely the staff are lovely and the drinks and food are all lovely. The food is a good price but the drinks are on the expensive side alocoholic that is. The apartment we stayed in was beautiful but there was a problem with the aircon but this was resolved quickly. Although we did love it for us as we are a young couple it was quite far away from everything but all in all we would definately go back.

Just returned from 7nights at the Regency, shame didn't stay longer. Upon arrival was greeted to a very warm welcome and option of fresh orange juice / sparkling wine. Our accommodation was one bedroom apartment, WOW this accommodation was definitely 5star unsure why only 4?
The room was kitted out with all the mod cons, but little things were included like mosquito capsules, water and cava in fridge, washing up liquid, dressing gowns etc.
The highlight was the very large balcony where you could gain access from the bed room and the living room.
We didn't come out of our room until 3ish as nice to relax and even catch up with the soaps, itv, bbc1 and ch5 to name a few channels, tv in living room and bedroom.
“ Top Tip: We traveleled out every evening to either Los christanos, las americas or torvisocs, lovely area to explore cost around 8euro in taxis not expensive at all.

“ the hotel was fine but the air con was very poor and on hot nights the rooms got too hot. there were ceiling fans but they did little to help. the hotel and grounds were kept very clean. the hotel menu became booring after the first week.. the staff were extremely nice. there is a hotel bus every hour that goes into los chistianos and playa de las americas, there is little to do locally. the on site, franchised, english run mini market is very expensive but they have no opposition. all in all we enjoyed our stay but would choise to be nearer to a main populated area next time. most of the people we met owned a time share
“ Top Tip: if you are going to self cater, get a taxi to the main supermarket just past la camella about 3 miles away and buy your main shop first. they will deliver your order to your door at a pre arranged time.

“ It is the first time my girlfriend and I visit this hotel. We stayed in an apartment with a huge balcony and sun beds and a kitchen filled with all utensils you could think of. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There are a lot of facilities in the hotel and we really enjoyed our stay there. We will definitely go back again.
