The only building in the Park, the interior recreates the feeling of a cosy high mountain home both in the communal rooms and bedrooms. The Hotel has impressive panoramic views out over the Teide.Tasting the exquisite and original Canary Island dishes at the Hotel restaurant is a true pleasure. Canary puchero stew, rabbit in salmorejo tomato sauce, papas arrugadas (wrinkled potatoes) and mojo sauce are just a few highlights.The island of ‘eternal spring’ with its unbeatable climate offers great contrasts and many varied landscapes in different areas. The Parador is located at Las Cañadas del Teide natural crater, over 2,000 metres above sea level, and invites guests to enjoy impressive panoramic views over the Teide peak, Chaorra crater and the Montaña Blanca.

“ Absolutely wonderful hotel, service, food, room, public areas, views. The staff made us feel special and valued and were friendly and attentive. the Head Waiter especially just could not do enough - even to taking photos and he was very busy.
We had booked this one night stay at the Parador in addition to a weeks holiday in Las Americas as a special treat, combined with a climb to Teide's summit for our Silver Wedding. It was meant to be the highlight of a special holiday and it certainly was. Although not inexpensive the Parador is worth every penny. Unforgettable!

“ Top Tip: Mount Teide! Go up in the cable car and if you're adventurous get a permit in advance to walk from the cable car to the summit. (Available by email, look online)
