“ Brilliant hotel first time all inclusive for us (wev been to las Americas self catering many times) and I would 100% go back. We went in nov was 25-30 each day. Hotel staff were extremely helpful maids were very good and the entertainment team for children and adults were great especially Selena and pinky. The hotel pool had an adults and children's so if your a couple wanting peace or a family for fun the hotel works great without feeling split. Food was fantastic plenty choice all fresh and prepared breakfast lunch and dinner. Cocktails are included in all inclusive but not half board. Over all amazing hotel we travelled as a family of 3 with 3 yr old girl. Hotel also has been refurbed and a brilliant large park for kids on site with games and aerobics during the day near pool
“ Top Tip: We come all the time places to go see are dancing fountains Lori parque if you like bars with entertainment brewers droop is brill and tony roams restaurant is tasty but if you stay at this hotel you won't really need to leave unless you've never been you'll site see the area

“ The Bitacora Hotel has been the best stay we have had on the Island so far, and myself and my wife have been here on many occasions. It has a high standard of cleanliness, the staff are very welcoming and very approachable. The food is of very high quality and has plenty of choice. The entertainment team are fantastic and get you involved in all the games going on around the pool, Carlos, Pepe, Katia, Sonia and the ever bubbly Pinky Winky who never runs out of energy, thank you for all the fun. I would reccomend a stay at the Bitacora for all ages as there is something to do for one and all, plus the beach, shops, restaurants and good pubs are just around the corner.

The hotel is spotless clean. I had a refurbished room and it was a nice room. The food was lovely. Lots of choice if you eat meat and fish. However, not so much choice if you are a vegetarian. The alcohol was strong and not watered down which is different to most all inclusive hotels in Spain. The soft drinks were coke, Fanta et.c and not the Spanish brands. The staff were friendly, especially towards the children. The staff were always willing to help. The children's entertainment was good, as was the soft play and park area. The evening adult entertainment was good but only lasted 45 minutes and then it was the same man who sang songs all night. The 45 minute entertainment needs to be extended.
The swimming pool was good for children as it was shallow and the slide is a good idea. The adult pool is great for older children and adults. They have dancing and water aerobics at 12 each day and then various games around the pool
The two bad points about this hotel are
1. there was a lot of elderly people who liked quiet and didn't like the children making noise. My three year old only shouted daddy in the corridor at 5pm in the afternoon and an elderly lady told her to shush and be quiet.
2. The idea that you have to show your room card to get a drink and you are only allowed one drink per person in the room at any one time. We had two rooms. One room with me, my partner and child in and another room with my mother in. On one occasion I used my mothers card by accident and asked for three drinks and the waiter said 'no' and looked at me in disgust, he said you can not have three drinks when there is one person in the room. I had to go back the pool and get the other card off my partner. This is ridiculous for an all inclusive hotel.
Los Cristiano's beach is the best. About 10 minutes in a taxi (cost 6 euros each way).
The market was great on a Thursday and Sunday in Los Cristiano's.
The loro parque was good. I booked at reception and paid 45euros per adult including coach and 10 euro for a three year old child
I booked the sound of musicals and it cost 49 euros per adult, under 4 are free. The show was nice and there was a free supply of wine and beer. A meal was included as was the coach.

“ Efficient and friendly hotel. Close to nearby entertainment areas, shopping and beaches. Great all inclusive holiday for our family with good rather than very good food selection. Pool area and pool bar good. Very good children's play area. Will be coming back.
