“ This Hotel is as good as you will find anywhere in Tenerife.The rooms are spotlessly clean as is the whole Hotel.The staff are friendly helpful and efficient,The food is first class the variation and quality is second to none.We will definately return and also use Travel Republic to book it.

“ We were very satisfied with the accommodation, meals and service and cleanliness at the Hotel. It was very Central obviating the need for car hire unless one wished to go further afield.
“ Top Tip: There is a very good genuine Italian Restaurant (run by an Italian husband and wife team with the cooking being done by the wife and service by the husband) it is called Keondas and is just off the sea walk at Los Christianos just before you reach the Market.

“ rooms clean tidy but beginning to look a bit dated, same with hotel in general, however staff fantastic a real good atmosphere and unfaultable service, food great...went all inclusive...definetly the way to go with kids in tow, would reccomend for sure

my second visit to the bitacora
the room was at the back of the complex .never sees the sun i could have paid for an upgrade but it did not matter to me i only sleep and wash in the room.
decor could probably be updated.
as before food was of good quality and a great selection.nice touches like tea pots
and HP sauce .shows they care about the Brits opinions
all inclusive good value
had an early flight back and a breakfast tray was set out (nice touch)

Top Tip:
I would reccomend all inclusive
it is very reasonable and you still have the option to go out and find a good bar or steak
if you want lively try the english scottish bars all together 500mtrs from the hotel

Located in Puerto de la Cruz, in the north of Tenerife, the H10 Tenerife Playa is set right in front of the well-known Lago Martiánez and just 50 metres away from the sea. The hotel has comprehensive facilities featuring swimming pools, solarium, an extensive gastronomic offer and meeting rooms for holding events. Furthermore, all the rooms and the El Drago Restaurant have recently been revamped.
“ The rooms were a little small and the bathroom tired. It was clean and the view over the Lago and on to the sea was pleasant. The Restaurant was lovely, clean and modern with a very good aspect and the Buffet style food was excellent, replaced regularly, freshly cooked items and plenty of choice.
