“ still needs updating but it is clean maids come in everyday staff are great its a decent hotel.

“ Top Tip: malli hai bar is great for karaoke next to chinese hong kong buffet eat as much as you like for 7.5 euros. then there,s rossini/s restaurant fab italian food. and very large t-bone steaks.

“ Apartment needs updating. Only one power point in apartment, which was in the kitchen, this is not adequate for a family room. There should be a power point in the bedroom and the living room. There should be no charge to use the T.V. or safe. The staff were very friendly. The towels were changed daily and the bed linen was changed every other day, the apartment was kept clean, so pleased with the service!

“ Had a very enjoyable week at this hotel. Positives are the location and cost. Negatives would have to be the fact that you have to pay extra for everyday items such as Microwave, internet and television. The hotel is right across the road from the bus station. Noise can be a bit of a problem with the bus station being so close but as long as you close the connecting internal door the noise is less noticeable.

Didn't use the bar or restaurant so can't say anything about them. I would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget.

“ Top Tip: Excellent German Pub just down the road. Some very good restaurants nearby with Central Park doing very good Pizzas and burgers.

“ The Bonanza Apart/Hotel looked very nice from the pictures we saw however, although the room size was adequate, we were pretty disappointed that it didn't appear to have been checked prior to our check in,
>there were ants and cockroaches in the bathroom and a couple appeared to be hiding under the sofa in the bed/lounge area.
>Some tiles in the bed/lounge area and on the patio were cracked and broken.
>The room was located near to a busy road and was very noisy with the sound of traffic, especially coaches, also one of the sprinklers was just the other side of the patio and this came on quite early each morning, both the traffic and the sprinkler were audible from the room even with the door closed.
>With the exception of one male Reception staff, the rest were rude and quite dismissive.
>If something went wrong in the room there was never anyone from 'tech support' available to sort the problem until the next day, which was very frustrating.
>The TV channel selection was poor at a cost of 3 euros a day.

On the whole we enjoyed our holiday in Tenerife having never been before and we would go back however, we wouldn't recommend the Bonanza Apart/Hotel to Friends and Family.

“ Top Tip: Veronica's Strip was a gret place to go and have a good time.
There are also several good eating places in Playa del las Americas and Los Christianos however, these involve a bit of a walk.
