Renovated in 2002, this complex comprises a total of 130 apartments spread over 7 floors. It offers a lobby with 24-hour reception, cafe bar, TV room, laundry service (additional fees apply) and parking spaces.This apartment complex is located near to the centre of the leisure district of Playa de las Americas, only 400 m from the beach and 100 m from the bus station. The Tenerife South Airport is only around 18 km away.The welcoming apartments each have a bedroom with twin beds, living room with sofa bed, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and balcony. Each apartment comes with a safe and satellite TV, both for an additional fee.There is an outdoor swimming pool, heated during the winter season. Also, it is possible to play tennis and mini golf (both for a fee).During the high season, the complex charges a deposit at check-in. This deposit will be refunded at check-out once the apartment has been checked for damages. The complex reserves the right not to refund this deposit if guests continually cause noise and disturb other guests. There may be many young guests staying at this complex during the high season.

“ the hotel was lovely and the staff was very friendly and helpful, the pool was very clean and the pool area was very tidy, i would stay again at this hotel.
“ Top Tip: we found a really nice little bar it was a irish bar called donoghue it had live music every night the guy was a great singer we went every night.

“ During our stay there were several groups of men on stag do's and groups of young women which caused lots of noise when coming in usually between 2.00am to 6.30am. Kids unable to go in pool (any age) unless an adult was in pool with them regardless if they could swim or not but it was okay if a group of lads wanted to go in kids end with a can of beer! Reception not interested in sorting it out when reported to them.
