Compostela Beach Golf Club
Playa De Las Americas, Tenerife, Spain
“ Hotel a bit far out of the main town area. A good 20min walk, and at least 30 walk to the beach. Hotel was great apart from the seriously rock hard beds, there is also building work right across the road and the road it's busy.8.4 Great

This was our 2nd trip to this hotel the first time was in september and was brilliant,
However this time we requested an apartment on an upper floor with the balcony facing the golfing green a spoke to the hotel in avance and they assured me that this would not be a problem however when we arrived we where placed in an apartment at the opposite side facing a construction site it was noisy to say the least. The tiles where cracked the bathroom was dirty and I saw several cockroaches, I woke up in the middle of the night to see a huge cockroach next to the bed. However we told the reception staff who where very good and they moved us the next day he was a very friendly man and the apartment we moved into was spotless and much better maintained the only problem in this room was the neighbours the walls a very thin. However this os not the hotels fault. All in all the food was great the drinks where good the breakfast in particular was great especially for the kids there was alot of variety, the bar staff where very friendly and the cleaners very honest we left something in our old room which was returned to us. It is abit out of the way which doesnt matter if you dont mind abit of a walk to the beach. We went to the jungle park which the kids loved and was a great day out as good as the loro parque and not as far away. All in all for the price we paied we had a great time and if you do have a problem the reception staff will try their best to sort it out a nice laid back atmosphere.

“ Hotel a bit far out of the main town area. A good 20min walk, and at least 30 walk to the beach. Hotel was great apart from the seriously rock hard beds, there is also building work right across the road and the road it's busy. We would have preferred a room not on the street side. The staff were fantastic very helpful and the entertainment was very good. I would stay here again even with the issues I pointed out
“ Top Tip: We ate in Touch and Cafe de Paris they are right on the beach, the food was very good in both places.

“ Fairly basic hotel. A bit out of the way from the entertainment in Las Americas. Hotel entertainment was quite poor.
Christopher James from Bradford
The hotel was of a good standard, clean & a nice pool area.
If your looking for a quiet hotel and relaxing then it will be ideal.
I went with 2 young children both aged 9 and there wasn't much for them to do, especially at night time.
The entertainment was very low key and wasn't very fun.
The centre is about 15 minutes away. There are a few family bars. And also plenty of bars for younger people.
The food in the hotel was nice - always something to eat and plenty of ice cream for the kids.
I wouldn't re visit that hotel again as of the entertainment. But if your looking for a quiet relaxing place it's ideal.
“ Top Tip: I would definitely recommend Siam park & loro parque. Especially if you have children
