“ A great hotel with good accommodation and location but with serious weaknesses in the quality of food at dinner (half-board) and with the poor service in the Spa, where little works anyway. Despite complaining to the manager, we were left thinking we were the only ones who did so - clearly NOT the case given the number of other travellers who we now see complain on review sites. All the manager does is ignore your comments. There is no readily accessible way, such as feedback forms in the room, to comment on the quality of accommodation, food or service.

“ There was no conditioner in the bathroom or expel air from the toilet, also no coffee or tea making facilities which I think you should have in a five star rated hotel, also the tv was very dated, the style and décor of the hotel was different and had lots of character, every where was clean and all staff polite. We ran out of tissues in the room contacted the reception and received some more very quickly.I would return to the hotel again

The Sol Princesa Dácil is located 200 metres from the famous Los Cristianos Beach, only 500 metres from the city centre and 17kms from Tenerife South airport.
“ A friendly hotel, been back several times. If you go in winter ask for pool side room as that's the sunny side. Entertainment is reasonable, the animacion team work really hard. Good food selection, Some dishes cooked fresh, but a lot could be hotter. Beds changed regularly, clean towels every day. Would definitely go back again.

Las Piramides Apartments were completely renovated in 2009 and are beautifully situated in Playa de Las Americas, on the southern part of Tenerife, 500 meters from the beach and approximately 20 km from the airport. It is an ideal place for a restful, relaxing and peaceful holiday as the complex provides a variety of amenities to ensure guestsâ utmost comfort. Included in the facilities are 3 swimming pools for adults and 1 for children, a pool bar and a buffet restaurant. Las Piramides Apartments wonderfully combine everything one needs for a perfect getaway.

The Isla Bonita offers high standards and spacious accommodation in a peaceful location. The sandy beach is nearby and rooms are bright and comfortable, making this a great choice for a fun-filled, carefree holiday. It is part of a two-hotel complex, and guests may be accommodated in the adjacent sister hotel, but all can enjoy an array of facilities at both properties. The hotel comprises a total of 438 double room spread over 6 floors. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24_hour reception desk, safe, currency exchange facility and lifts. Furthermore, there are 2 bars, games room, an air_conditioned non_smoking restaurant with highchairs for infants, a grill restaurant and an Italian restaurant available, as well as a public Internet terminal, a conference room, laundry and medical services, a kids club and a childrens playground.
