“
The hotel was very nice with clean spacious rooms and sea views from some balconies. There was no air con though just fans and this was fine for the time of year we went but I imagine in the heat of summer it will get very stuffy.
The pools were good pretty big and lots of sun beds to choose from that got the sun all day long - the balcony in the room was also good for sunbathing on.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was very good entertainment for children in the day and evening.
The bar got very busy at times and there were not always enough chairs for people to sit outside in the evening to watch the entertainment - I imagine this would be a bigger problem in the summer - we managed to get chairs each night by getting there early.
The food in the hotel was not particularly good although there was always salad and chips so you could find something to eat but it was not how I would normally describe all inclusive.
Breakfast was average and available 7-10 so if you missed that there was no food available until 12 unless you wanted to pay for it. There was a hot dog available 12-1pm and 1-3pm was lunch. At 5pm chips and cheese sandwiches (if you got there in time) were available. Dinner was served 6.30-10pm and was various fish / meat dishes.
Food in the pool bar was not included and you had to pay approx. EUR4 for a sandwich and chips - we did this one day as we had missed lunch and the food was actually better than the all inclusive food.
All inclusive was ok for drinks - these were available 11am - 11pm and included local alcohol although I managed to spend a week drinking large amounts of vodka and lemonade all day and night without getting even a little bit tipsy so I would question how much alcohol was in the drinks they served.
If I went here again I would not go all inclusive I would eat lunch at the pool bar and go out to the many cheap restaurants and bars closer to the beach.
The hotel itself was quite a way back from any of the shops and bars and the beaches - we walked down a couple of days and it took approximately half an hour to get to the beach. It does only cost around EUR5 for a taxi to get to the beach front night life though so that is pretty cheap.
“
Top Tip:
I would definitely recommend a visit to the Siam water park it was really good although at EUR33 per adult it is definitely worth trying to get a voucher for cheaper entry.
Also it is worth mentioning that the supermarket shop at the hotel opposite Granada Park is considerably cheaper than the supermarket at Granada Park - I needed to buy shampoo and it was EUR8.50 at the Granada Park shop compared to EUR3.10 at the other hotel

“ The Hotel was well maintained and clean. All staff was friendly and speak good english. The rooms were exellent you have a seperate living room, kitchen, bedroom and a good size bathroom great for familys.you are about 30min walk away from the beach and restaurants but a taxi were only 5 euro's and the hotel supplied free buses 2 in the morning and 1 collection to bring you back to the hotel about 5 pm.Hotel restaurant was a bit on the small side and not a great variety of choices but what was there was very nice if you have kids you might struggle to have a good meal for them.Entertainment on the night was better than average had some good singers on.During the day you have pool, darts, mini golf etc the entertainer is called matteo and creates a good atmosphere .I stopped for 7 days and would go again but couldnt do 14 as you would get a sick of the food and would probably eat out for a change.

“ The accomadation itself cannot be faultered, nice clean rooms. If you just want a relaxed all-inclusive holiday as a family, then this hotel is ok. However, not the best food we have had on holiday, and probably the worst evening hotel entertainment. so if you are all-inclusive, the only reason to stay at the hotel and put up with the bad entertainment is the all-inclusive drinks. Also, the bar closes on the dot at 11pm, every place i have been to before has been 12pm. So don't be joining the queue at 5 mins to 11pm, you may not get served. If your going self catering, i would suggest a hotel nearer to town.
“ Top Tip: I advise if going out to start walking, and flag a taxi down. It's a lot cheaper than booking one from the hotel, and there's plenty about. There are plenty of places to eat in town, and not too expesive. If you go along the beach path into los cristianos, there are lots of places offering pint of beer 1 euro.
