The Hotel was really nice as stayed in tenerife now for the last 5 years.It is a little far out from the main entertainment,retaurants and beach but with been all inclusive 3 pools and things for the kids we will come back to this hotel when we come back.
food was not allways to my liking but it was good food all round.
got plenty of options on beer and soft drinks.
Staff were very friendly.
Rooms are really big, clean and a kitchen in even tho was all inclusive.beds could be alot softer as too hard for me.(every one different tho)
“ Top Tip: we did go down to the beach which is a nice walk and just got a taxi back which cost 4 to 5 euros.

“ Great hotel - clean and good value. We were all inclusive but still had a kitchen and sitting room in our apartment, it wasn't just a bedroom. It is probably more of a family hotel as a lot of the entertainment was for children. The evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss, and the bar closed at 11. However, food was good and varied, and a good range of drinks included

This is the fourth hotel we have stayed in tenerife over last four years. This is by far the worst. Food- very little choice and not a lot for kids. The other hotels we had stayed in served lots of mains including grills for fresh meat and fish at every meal.
Entertainment - shocking, the worst we have seen, although the staff were very enthusiastic with the clubs. Hotel - cleanliness very poor, sheets not changed every day and the stairs and tiles were always covered in sand, spilled drinks, stains. Room floors were never washed. Location - well out of the way from everything. You really need to get a taxi to centre for 4-6 euros as it is on a hill and very tiring. Overall a very poor hotel, this is probably down to fact that there are a number of rooms that are privately owned and therefore the income to the hotel is not similar to others, we were informed that they are ex timeshare and there are a lot of them with for sale signs on. Pool was clean but tiles missing from bottom.

Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. The staff in the bar and restaurant were the most hard working staff I've ever come across and the kids entertainer was marvellous. If I had taken young children I would have been satisfied that they were suitably entertained throughout the holiday.
There was a large variety of food in the buffet at all meal times and the choice of drink was great!
The room was clean and well maintained..only one problem was that the boiler was broke so only had one hot shower during my stay and the rest I had cold.
Overall a marvellous holiday and I would recommend Granada Park to all.
