The complex consists of 39 units, bungalows, one and two bedrooms with double sofa bed downstairs. Apartment, one bedroom and studios with terrace surrounded by green areas with a splendid swimming pool with a separate area for children to enjoy a nice swim and relax in the sun. A reception service is available where you book tours, rental cars, motorbikes and bicycles, luggage room, late checkout, transfers to and from the airport, internet and postal service, 24 hour medical service and rental: box strong, video rentals, dvd, strollers, wheelchairs.This attractive apartment complex is located in a quiet, although central, location, right in the tourist area of Playa de las Americas. The complex lies within minutes of the beach and the town centre. Public transport is to be found in the surrounding area (approximately 100 m away). The inviting beach and the turquoise blue sea are approximately 200 m away, the beach promenade is also nearby and the sandy beach is 700 m away. Plenty of shopping venues, restaurants, a diversity bars and buzzing nightlife venues are located in the hotel's neighbourhood.The modern, inviting studios are fitted with a combined living/bedroom with a double sofa bed, an en-suite bathroom, satellite TV (for an added fee), a kitchenette with a fridge, a toaster, a kettle, an oven and a washing machine; a hire safe (additional fees apply) and a balcony or terrace. The apartments also feature a separate bedroom with twin beds.The hotel offers use of a freshwater pool with a separate children's paddling area, a sun terrace with sun loungers and sunshades.Pets of less than 5kg are accepted. “ The hotel is in a very good location - one block from the beach and one block from the main shopping area. The pool area is spacious and very quiet & we were given pool towels. Each room is very well equipped with Hob & oven, Microwave, and washing machine. There are several good supermarkets just at the front gate and an excellent one about 5 minutes walk away. We stayed in 16D and it was very comfortable if a little tired and in need of a re-paint. We stayed mid-March and the first night was a little cold - but there were spare blankets - but no heating in the bungalow. Each bungalow/room has it's own water heater and you need to allow 30 minutes between showers for the water to reheat! Cockroaches seem to be a general problem - each room is provided with a spray can and it is definitely needed in the bungalows.

“ Good location between Las Americas and Los Cristianos but with the added bonus of being very quiet, private, clean and secure. Stayed in a bungalow, with twin beds which were quite comfy. Didn't use the telly as could only get local chanels, but that didn't matter as weather was great. Would go there again.
