“ Hotel was comfortable and clean, but like most of the hotels in this area, now starting to need some updating. However, seemed almost full and though clientele was mainly older, there was a lively buzzy atmosphere for the shows and dancing etc. Staff friendly and helpful. Food was plentiful but average, not enough local cuisine for us. Very central for shops and nightlife. Only bugbear was that old chestnut - people being allowed to reserve sunbeds with their bloomin towels, though it was clearly stated as not being hotel policy.
“ Top Tip: If the show at your hotel is not to your liking - try visiting the other hotels in the area, Their show may be more to your liking (you might not be able to buy a drink at some - but they wont throw you out). Its a good way of checking out the other accommodation available.

“ Pool area 'dated' and needs modenising, pool attendents very intolerant of children playing and splashing - very quiet hotel probably notsuitable for families with young children

The staff are cannot do enough to help you the hotel is very clean, the breakfasts are good but the evening buffet could be better we went to the sister hotel the arona grand and the meal was far superior so its a question of standards but overall
this is a good hotel and value for money.
“ Top Tip: use the sandwich shop next door fantastic food and value for money also get a spring card from the hotel for your 15% discount off your bill in the hotel
