“ Hotel setting is lovely and we were on 2nd floor with a great view. Room was basic and a bit worn, but for the price was perfectly acceptable. It was clean and the towels and sheets changed regularly . Food choice was a bit limited at dinner but we managed to eat well all week, although the food could have been warmer. We also had the beverage option which meant we had drinks, wine or beer with our dinner. There was entertainment on every night but we didn't go to any so can't comment. Pool good and clean with plenty loungers available. All in all good value for money and very enjoyable but if you are fussy it may not be the place for you
“ Top Tip: Bus service good, Mascar village worth a visit also trip to see whales and dolphins good value.

“ This hotel is not as bad as people say.....yes it has little problems but bear in mind it is a budget 3 star hotel! The all inclusive is ok could do with a little more in the way of snacks. Pool is fine...never struggled to get a sunbed. All staff very friendly and lovely with the children. We were there for 2 weeks and didnt have any problems!!
“ Top Tip: Loro parque in the north of the island is worth a visit.....whether you have children or not!!

“ we were very disapointed, the hotel has no lifts, lucky we were on 1st floor, the food was mostly cold and we had to put everything in the microwave, this was not just us it was quite a few people, the beds were hard, the entertainment was non exitdent, it advertised disco`s all the barman did was put a cd on, thats not what we call a disco, the sunbeds were stacked up and chained every nite when unchained in the morning if you wanted one you had to get it down yourself that ok if you are young and able bodied, but what about the senior citizans who are not able to do this for themselves, not very inviting at all would never revisit hotel again, outside the hotel to get any where you had to go up a hill or down a hill then up another one which is no use if you are disabled or senior citizan.the worse holiday we have ever had waste of 10 days and very waste of hard earnt cash.
“ Top Tip: the only good place we found was the blarney stone bar which had entertainment, but all in all the area was very hilly and not good for older people or disabled.

“ Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were hard and had very thin pillows so we didn't sleep well at night. Food was nice but was the same for dinner and tea, majority chicken rice and chips. The noise from other customers at night when leaving the bar could be heard via the balcony or the stairs. Weather was good and it's not far from the shops at playa de la arena and a bus journey from Los gigantes and las cristianos.
“ Top Tip: The barney stone pub was very welcoming, had on most football matches and fantastic food.
