“ This hotel is not as bad as people say.....yes it has little problems but bear in mind it is a budget 3 star hotel! The all inclusive is ok could do with a little more in the way of snacks. Pool is fine...never struggled to get a sunbed. All staff very friendly and lovely with the children. We were there for 2 weeks and didnt have any problems!!
“ Top Tip: Loro parque in the north of the island is worth a visit.....whether you have children or not!!

“ we were very disapointed, the hotel has no lifts, lucky we were on 1st floor, the food was mostly cold and we had to put everything in the microwave, this was not just us it was quite a few people, the beds were hard, the entertainment was non exitdent, it advertised disco`s all the barman did was put a cd on, thats not what we call a disco, the sunbeds were stacked up and chained every nite when unchained in the morning if you wanted one you had to get it down yourself that ok if you are young and able bodied, but what about the senior citizans who are not able to do this for themselves, not very inviting at all would never revisit hotel again, outside the hotel to get any where you had to go up a hill or down a hill then up another one which is no use if you are disabled or senior citizan.the worse holiday we have ever had waste of 10 days and very waste of hard earnt cash.
“ Top Tip: the only good place we found was the blarney stone bar which had entertainment, but all in all the area was very hilly and not good for older people or disabled.

“ I went with 10 young people on spring break and we had a blast! we stayed all inclusive which was good for the drinks but terrible for the food. The rooms were very nice and pretty much every room has a balcony and a wonderful view. there are always lawn chairs to lay on by the pool. The pool is a little cold but it was nice to have in case we got really hot. The beach is only a five minute walk away and the walk alone is beautiful. There are little shops along the way. The only major thing I can complain about is that the food is TERRIBLE! We lived on bread rolls and butter. I am not a picky eater and we read reviews saying that the food was bad but i thought really how bad could it be?? Well its bad and you will not want to eat there three times a day for a week. All in all we had a great time for being on a college budget and relaxing.
“
Top Tip:
We went to two really good restaurants one was called Neptunos it was on the beach about 5 min away. Good price and great food. The other was la Toscana I think and it was on the main road in front of the beach. The food was really good! Paella was great here. Do not go to Pancho. It is right next to Neptuno and it is sooooo over priced and the food was not even that good compared to the other places. Water was 10 euro a bottle! The only good part was the sangria but that was even 14 Euro for a liter.
We also went to Siam Park. It is a water park and one of the best in the world. It was far away but it was worth the 30 euro taxi ride.

“ Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were hard and had very thin pillows so we didn't sleep well at night. Food was nice but was the same for dinner and tea, majority chicken rice and chips. The noise from other customers at night when leaving the bar could be heard via the balcony or the stairs. Weather was good and it's not far from the shops at playa de la arena and a bus journey from Los gigantes and las cristianos.
“ Top Tip: The barney stone pub was very welcoming, had on most football matches and fantastic food.

“ We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and found it very good value for money. It was spotlessly clean and the room sizes were the biggest we have ever stayed in over the past thirty years. The entertainment would not be for everyone but it was o.k. The staff were courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay there again if we were return to that area.
