We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and found it very good value for money. It was spotlessly clean and the room sizes were the biggest we have ever stayed in over the past thirty years.
The entertainment would not be for everyone but it was o.k.
The staff were courteous and helpful.
We would definitely stay there again if we were return to that area.

“ A very clean and friendly hotel close to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was very good. The hotel is in a quiet position but the resort itself, although quiet is close to two neighbouring resorts. The walks between the two resorts were good. Go along the coastal paths for excellent views or up towards the shopping centre where you can stop for a coffee or browse in the shops. The neighbouring resort of Puerto Santiago is small but has a number of shops and restaurants on offer. Los Gigantos is really nice with lots of bars and restaurants on offer. There are couple of lovely cafes on a little square, close to the church. The harbour in Los Gigantos is worth a visit, there are numerous trips on offer here. For an excellent meal try Flor Del Drago restaurant in Playa de la Arena,just along from the big Playa de la Arena hotel. The food and service were fantastic.

“ I have stopped in this hotel serveral times and always had a good time. They cater for everyone espically people with food allergies as I have. I cannot have any food which has garlic or garlic salt and they always make sure there is something that I can eat, if not the chef will cook me something different to everyone else. The rooms are large and always clean with plenty of towels and lots of hot water. All the hotel is spotless and all staff are very pleasant to everyone. Cannot fault this hotel on bit

just come back from the de cesar and will try and give an honest opinion. The hotel really is not a 4* more like a good 3, the foyer and bar are really shabby and in need of an update, the entertainment was almost non exsistant, only one bar to sit in on an evening (could do with a bar outside for people who do not like bingo! also if you go away for the nice weather its nice to enjoy this on an evening )
however having said this we really enjoyed our stay, the bonus is the Hotel is spotless with big bedrooms (fresh sheets and clean towels) the food was o.k we could always find something to eat but maybe not a 4* buffet, the wine and soft drinks were fine as were the hotdogs and toasties by the pool, drinks at the bar on a evening were also good and the coffee was brill, (we were all inc)
So to sum up this was very good value for money as we only paid a small amount, however if i had paid more i would be writing a differant review. Would we return? well yes if address the shabby bar and foyer, and put in an outside bar for evening use.

Built in 1985, this 7-storey hotel was renovated in 2002 and includes a total of 189 rooms. The building offers a 24-hour reception in the lobby with a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, a lift and a cafe. Additional facilities include a small supermarket, a bar and an air-conditioned buffet restaurant with highchairs for infants. There is also a conference room as well as a children's playground. There is also a laundry service available to round off the hotel's facilities.

It is situated in one of the sunniest places in Tenerife and it is an excellent choice for couples and families. There is also a mini club for the children and special theme nights are organized for all ages.
“ I found that the staff was very good, but as an all inclusive customer I found that I was treated as second class. If I paid for a drink I received it in a glass. As all inclusive I received it in a plastic cup this goes for hot drinks and cold.
