Too busy, no sunbeds available after 7.30 in the morning due to everyone reserving them.
Entertainment poor, everyone sat in the lounge playing cards rather than listen to the entertainment.
Food served cold and drink was in my opinion watered down.
On the positive side the hotel was very clean and tidy and staff extremely helpful. Extremely nice surroundings but a bit isolated - expensive taxis recommend hire car (Goldcar very good)
“ Top Tip: Los Christianos beach very good although about a 20 minute drive away from the hotel

“ Food, drink, rooms, staff, cleanliness all excellant, could use more ladies toilets at pool snack bar (only one so always queues) and tiles got very slippery at times. Air con in main reception and lower bar area would be useful. Night entertainment not really suitable for younger couples/singles but excellant for older clients and families.
“ Top Tip: Wigan Pier bar in Adeje is excellant for a night out away from hotel

“ Great hotel although quite a steep slope to the restaurants and the entertainment area. Food was of a very high quality, the hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean and the service was excellent in the restaurants. The only downside is that it is quite isolated and you need to take a cab or a bus to visit the neighboring areas for anything not hotel based.
