On arrival we were upgraded to a suite which basically meant we had an additional room with dining table chairs,sofa and armchairs. I think we went in to the room twice so although pleased with the upgrade it made litttle difference to our holiday,families would benefit more from this.
The Hotel was outstanding.The staff were very helpful,polite and friendly.Service was excellant in all areas.The design of the hotel and pool areas ensures that the breeze is minimised whilst using the sun beds.
It is very difficult to find anything that you would want to change or add. The only thing I could suggest that would have improved our experience would be to have coffee making facilities in the rooms.
Without any doubt I would recomend this hotel and would have no hesitation in going back.

Top Tip:
The hotel provide you with a full range of toiletries including toothbrush,toothpaste and razors.No need to bring towels either. This would have saved us quite a bit of weight from the suitcases as we brought towels, mirror and toiletries that we didn't use.
There is not much around this hotel so if you have 3 meals a day the all inclusive may be the best option.

“ Hotel room is amazing. We were upgraded to superior suite and it was huge. Certainly big enough for our two children to run around in. Balcony was big and safe for children with great view of sea and pool. I think most rooms have sea view. The children club is great very clean and well equipped. My 4 yr old kept asking to go there. My toddler wasn't so keen but the girls were great with him. They both love the daily mini disco. Pool warm. Only critism is the food was only ok not great.

“ An absolutely excellent time had by myself, my wife and our young family at this 5 Star hotel during our stay from 27th Dec 2011 – 3rd Jan 2012. Staff are friendly, hotel is very clean and high quality food is served daily. New Years Eve Gala Buffett and fireworks were particular good! Hotel is remote, with little to do on the door step but hotel goes out its way to ensure they make up for this ‘single’ failing. This was our third stay and I know for sure we’ll be back again within the not too distant future....would recommend the Roca Nivaria to young and old without hesitation. Special recognition to the kids club team who made our ‘little peoples’ holiday so memorable!
