“ I found the hotel to be very good for a 2 star, the only downside was no telephone in the room. Food very good, although location a bit out of the way, except if you like walking, you will definately return home a lot fitter. Fresh towels and bedlinen every day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay and value for money.

“ Top Tip: A fantastic couple of parks, long way round to town, one great for walking around the other has a few waterfalls, great for the scenery and taking photos. These gems are located by the English school and past San antonio hotel. ENJOY

“ I stayed in two rooms: first No 505 and then No 210. In second one was a disappointment( better one I presume, because the floor was nicely arranged and some sitting area done for guests, also more looked after ) cleanniness was worse than I anticipated - I informed reception there was filthy shower tube (mould and limeskales) - answer: 'manager's satisfied with cleanniness'. I requested to see a manager, they wrote my room No, however, never heard any updates from then. Unfortunately, it just shows that no one cares and that staff had no basic understanding about general health and safety rules and they were not trained properly how to clean. So I pointed out to a cleaner what is dirty and asked to clean it. She done only half I asked for( the part you could see from outside the tube, but everything was left unclean what you can see only from inside the tube with closed doors( you can spot all that mouldy and glimy stuff on doors and walls...). Maintenance was poor - water was running through shower side of the wall, in the bathroom shelf under mirror was broken( was changed only last day of my stay then I again pointed that out). All sliding doors and draws in the room were hard to open & close( draws had never been cleaned well and smelled 'funny' ). Also spotted girls never opened windows and balcony doors then they were cleaning rooms - window glasses were with finger prints and etc.

Food standards and presentation quite good.
Rooftop swimming pool smallish but OK although cold.

“ Top Tip: Back door to hotel was handy to find good value cafe/pub yards away(L'ardilla)
Also nearto bus stop and alternative walks to town.
Purchase'Bono' ticket(12 euro) at selected shops(tobacconists etc.)for bus
journeys.Bus Group-(TITSA)
