Good, clean good sized budget accommodation.
Self catering equipment very basic - no kettle or toaster. But just about adequate.
We were exepecting a separate bedroom, not a studio so this was disappointing.
Otherwise very good.

Have paid more for less! A well run `no frills` establishment. Pleasant staff, convenient location for both Town and beach, also Loro Parque (must see). Whole area easy for walking. Plenty `watering & eating holes` nearby.
For self catering the rooms could do with a few extras i.e kettle, toaster, bowl, more utensils etc, and the wooden dining chairs (only ones) are definitely designed for a short stay for those with`padded` rear ends! All in all a pleasant adequate stay.
“ Top Tip: The Town of Puerto is full of daytime street artists/entertainers/musicians etc, (contribute if you enjoy). Plus numerous `show`bars at night ranging from "Traditional Canarian" to Karacroaky! Whilst perhaps more appealing for `Seniors` I think its also a great safe place (using common sense) for families.

this is our third visit and was rally disappointed,the room didn't have a balcony,looked out to the view of another building.no sea view. when i asked to be moved was told it was full but would try after the weekend but by this time we were really fed-up.
it got to the Tuesday,to no avail and decided we'd stay in the same room as we were near departing.
we won't be using this hotel again
“ Top Tip: it wasn't far from the beach and plenty of restaurants. the prom was really clean and tidy and a lovely walk into the port with plenty of places to shop and drink and eat.

“ excellent value hotel. stayed for one night and could not fault for location (5 mins walk from bus station and central to bars and restaurants ) cleanliness and size of room was also good
“ Top Tip: try the cofradia (local fishermen selling some of their catch and restaurant cooking upstairs )in harbour absolutely superb if you like fish
