“ We arrived late morning and the check in was very quick,our room was ready to use rather than having to wait as is often the case.The staff were very helpful and a request for extra pillows was dealt with right away.The only criticism was that the beds were very hard.

“ Pleasant hotel in a great location. Bedrooms comfortable and clean. Worth
paying for a seaview room. Hotel north facing and balconies dont get the sun.
In December pool area loses the sun at lunchtime but pool is heated and good for a swim even if air temperature is a bit chilly.

Food - good breakfasts, evening meal average. Staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast buffet was quite limited and most of the fruit appearted to have come out of a tin!!
Staff helpful and directed us to free parking nearby.

“ A truly wonderful hotel in a great location! Beautiful stylish rooms with fantastic shower in the bathroom. Lovely views in seaview rooms, but maybe quieter to be on the other side since the waves are quite loud. Flatscreen T.V with option if you press the yellow button to watch programmes in the original language, lots of English and American films. Great buffet at breakfast and dinner buffet really good too.Tip-get there early in the evening because the food is fresher, although lovely to be able to eat up to 9:30pm. The spa is fantastic- cost £10 which seems very reasonable. Puerto de la Cruz is a really wonderful resort and very stylish. If you take the free little train to Loro Parque you can get dropped off near the best beach. Huge waves, so best for surfing, boarding or just playing in the sea! For swimming the lagoons right near the hotel designed by a Spanish architect are perferct and only €3.50 for the day. All in all a perfect holiday!!
