The air-conditioned hotel was built in 1964 and completely renovated in 2006. The hotel has an unusual architectural style and comprises a total of 260 rooms on 17 floors. Amongst the famous hotel's facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange and lifts. Additional facilities include various lounges, such as a reading room, a TV room and a games room. In addition, younger guests are offered a children's playground and a kids' club. The nearest golf course lies about 24 km from the hotel.The all-inclusive service includes minibar with water, beer and soft drinks, hand towel service and breakfast, lunch and evening buffets in the main restaurant. As an alternative, there are 3 themed restaurants (fish and seafood, Italian or Spanish), a 24-hour snack bar with fast food and drinks (soft drinks only until 11 pm) and drinks in the other hotel bars.
