Casablanca Apartments

“ The studio we had was very well appointed, clean and very modern. It was however rather over furnished, 4 dining chairs, 4 stools at the breakfast bar plus 2 large armchairs and 3 chairs on the balcony was rather over the top for a studio that only sleeps 2 people.

“ Top Tip: The Magnolia restaurant has a very good a la carte menu, although not cheap, but it does also do a 3 course tourist menu at a very good price. The Apricot bar has live music and the bar man occasionally sings and is entertaining.

“ these are self catering apartments and well equiped good size rooms with seperate bathroom and good shower - hot water in an instant! clean and tidy
downside - you need to be careful in your choice(if you have one) of apartment
we had an end apartment first floor in a block - the patio/balcony doors and balcony opened up onto the raised sun lounge and we spent the week with oyher guests sunbathing in your face ie literally 3 feet from you which gave liitle prvacy and at 9.00 oc each day we were woken by these other guests scraping sunloungers all over the place plus no view as such as looked out onto the bar/lounge
note these apartments are for older people and thats OLD people some 90% of them
it is a trek down to the seafront , martinez and restaurants etc many steps down and you need to be fit if you walk back up - taxi about 4 euros is better

“ Top Tip: make sure you call the taxi transfer company if you use one on the day you return or day before - even though prebooked with package - we missed ours as came 45 minutes before their guide time for pick up and cost us another 55 euros for a shuttle as they would not pick us up -
