Built in 1972 and renovated in 1996, this complex comprises 3 buildings. Facilities include a 24hs reception desk, a hairdresser, meeting rooms, tv room, games room, a laundrette (fee apply) and a air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area in each building. A public Internet terminal is also available for use.This attractive hotel is centrally situated just 600 m from Jarden Beach and 200 m from the Plaza del Charco. There are countless shopping venues, bars and restaurants located in the area surrounding the hotel. The hotel is well situated for access to the public transport network with stops located directly in front of the hotel.The welcoming rooms comprise an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a minibar (fee apply), satellite tv, air conditionning, a hire safe and a balcony.Guests may make use of the 4 hotel's freshwater pools for adults (2 heated) and 1 for children, a private nudist area, all with sunbeds. With an extra charge guest can relax in the sauna or having a massage. Also available, a tennis court, minigolf and table tennis. There is an entertainment programme 6 days a week.

A very friendly and clean hotel. Food rather basic. but there's a fair choice considering the price.
Because it is central, therre is some noise from the street, but they will provide you with ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Rooms that face North are generally quieter.
“ Top Tip: It's about a ten minute walk to the harbour and twenty minutes to El Jardin Beach.

“ The hotel is very relaxed and friendly.Rooms are cleanes every day/fresh towels also.The only promblem is the food,it's VERY poor.
“ Top Tip: We didn't find anything special,but the bus service is great to get around on and priced well.

“ The rooms are of good standard . Most of the staff were friendly enough . The facilities are good . The restaraunt is well set out but the food is not up to much really ,in fact if anything it's got worst over the last five years . May have to consider a different hotel next year .
“ Top Tip: Zepps bar very cheap drinks and food . Stallones bar cheap drinks ..

“ The hotel is far away from the beach, restaurants, but they provide a bus...the ride is 10 minutes until Puerto de la Cruz.On the other side of the road is a very big mall so that is a plus..The hotel is not suitable for children because they don't have a mini club and other activities for kids.

“ Pleasant hotel in a great location. Bedrooms comfortable and clean. Worth paying for a seaview room. Hotel north facing and balconies dont get the sun. In December pool area loses the sun at lunchtime but pool is heated and good for a swim even if air temperature is a bit chilly. Food - good breakfasts, evening meal average. Staff friendly and helpful.

“ Great location with the main bus station, supermarket and sandy beach all within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. Hotel was fine and rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. However, rooms face north or south and we were given a north facing room that looked a tower block so we were in gloom for a week as my partner refused to repack and move.
