Hotel is spotless; we have actually been to dirtier hospitals. Staff were very helpful, efficient and friendly. The food is lovely as long as you are willing to be adventures and try the traditional spanish dishes on offer. The centre of town is a convinient 15mins walk away and there is a free shuttle bus on the hour. Most importantly, and something we didn't find out about until we checked in, check out time is 12pm and there is a secure room for left luggage which is also free.
If you are after a party hotel, this is not the place to go. However, if you want a nice, hassle free, quiet, comfortable holiday where you can REALLY relax there is no better budget place.
“ Top Tip: Try the local dishes at the hotel. And Loro park really is a must see attraction. The royal botanical gardens are also worth a visit, especially as they are a 5mins walk away from the hotel and you'd get a chance to have a closer look at the wild parrots which roam around Tenerife.

“ The hotel is a lomg way from beach but free bus service very good though limited service Saturday and none Sunday. Beach is walkable if fit. Hotel very clean and well run by friendly staff, Food, thoug buffet, good quakity and very good choice for us a non-meat earters
“ Top Tip: Botanical Gardens, a short walk away is worth a visit
