A super location in puerto de la cruz. Our room was rather small with a cramped bathroom and no balcony. We would come again, but would make sure we had a better room with a balcony.
Free wi-fi was good, and staff were helpful.

Lovely environment, interesting building.
Avoid rooms 4105,4106 on a Saturday night as they are above a VERY LOUD disco. Rest of the hotel is very quiet. You pay 21 euros a week extra for a TV.
It is very central and we would go again.
Food mediocre but adequate.
“ Top Tip: Hot chocolate is especially good at Ebano Cafe just across the square.
