“ The hotel is nice and close to the main shopping area and beaches. Unfortunately there is no pool or sunbathing area within the hotel boundaries, although getting free tickets for the Lagos Martinez was very useful. The room was very comfy and clean with maid service daily. The staff were very polite and helpful. The entertainment is very much biased to the older clientel. The buffet style breakfast and dinner were very good - plenty of choice.

hotel got no pool but you have free pass to lago beats any hotel pool
staff at hotel very very good nothing to much trouble stayed for 4 weeks would
stay again loved it

Would have rated hotel excellent only rooms badly in need of refurbishment.
Food and staff excellent.Very good value for money.Will definately consider another holiday here at the Oasis Orotava Palace.
There will be no swimming pool here for a long time but you get free admission to the Lido 5 mins walk away which is better than any hotel swimming pool!!

Top Tip:
You will enjoy Puerto if you like a local place.Not many British visitors and plenty of shops and restaurants.Not as expensive as the South or other Canary Islands.
Good Vegetarian cafe/restaurant El Limon, just behind the main church.Good Italian in Clle La Hoya,no 28, Sapore d'Italia.

Beds were Lumpy-Need new mattresses.
Room service --did not always get the full complement of towels and had to ask for soap.
Food was pretty bland so we ate out on our last 3 nights .
“
Top Tip:
It would work out cheaper to rent a car than using Taxis to and from the airport.
Book Bed and Breakfast instead of half or full board---there are plenty of good restaurants near the hotel.
