Really for the older person , the food was not good quality either so only
ate in the resturant two nites , good job that the courtesy bus was on hand as would have been very hard getting into Puerto Del a Cruz the main town .
“ Top Tip: Bar Acropolis just down the road from the hotel .

“ We had a really enjoyable holiday, excellent value for money. Everthing was very clean and towels were changed every day. Courtesey bus provided to Puerto de la Cruz which was great - it ran regularly every half hour as stated on the time table and we had no problems with this at all. The hotel was mainly frequented by Spanish and German tourists. the only downside we found was that there was no written information in English. The hotel is handy for all village amenities which are a short walk away. has wonderful views over the sea and mountains, and has excellent bus service to other parts of the island Food was quite good we did not get upset tummies nor did we have to go out and buy alternative food to eat. Our room was a studio which again did give added benefits of a fridge/freezer and the option to cook if you wanted to. Staff were pleasant and courteous and between us we managed to overcome any baririers. All in all an excellent holiday and a wonderful start to the New year. We have now used Travel Republic twice and will continue to do so.

No hotel staff spoke a word of English so communication was difficult.
At meals all food labels were in other languages so we had not idea what we were eating. desert was ice cream and fresh fruit every day.
Hotel details pictures showed 2 beds in each room, it was just 1 small double bed too narrow.
had a powercut in hotel twice at night, so needed a torch in room.
TV was only available to hire at a price, would not stay there again, too far from beaches so a hire car was needed.
Hotel do not offer a money exchange.

“ The pool was a bit smelly. The food in the cafeteria was very repetitious and rather unappealing. Although the accommodation was pleasant enough the toilet leaked and the stove in the kitchen didn't work.
“ Top Tip: Loro Parque well worth a visit though a little expensive.
