There are 2 conference rooms.This hotel's location is in the district of San Antonia, overlooking Taoro Park. Convenient public transport links are only 100 metres from the hotel and the beach is 800 m away.The inviting rooms are fitted with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a telephone, satellite TV and a mini bar. All rooms come with a hire safe, air conditioning and a balcony as standard. The rooms adapted for disabled clients have roll in showers.The hotel has a heated swimming pool, another with a waterfall, and a third one for children. In the area there are 2 jacuzzis, sun loungers and parasols. On the roof, guests are offered a nudist sun terrace, a small pool and a Jacuzzi. For an additional fee, guests may play a game of tennis or minigolf , exercise in the gym or unwind in the sauna or with a massage. For further leisure activities the hotel offers an entertainment programme with live music in the evenings as well as other varied options.The rooms in the hotel do not offer enough room for 2 adults, a child and an additional cot. The maximum number of occupants is 2 adults and a child, or two adults and a baby.

“ Stayed for three nights. Food was very good. Bit of out of the way from town centre. Walking downhill alright but taxis back to hotel - a bit lonely if out on your own. A very clean and tidy room,though could do with an upgrade on their tv and radio system and hairdryer, nice pool and staff were excellent and friendly. A good half hour walk to the beach. Would recommend the hotel for the eldery to relax but not for the distance this hotel is located.
“ Top Tip: A good Thai restaurant attached to the hotel entrance - have tried this one before and would highly recommend it, also a nice little bar directly below it for a quiet drink

“ A very nice hotel with a courtesy bus to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. The food was not the strong point and if it had been better the rating would be higher.
“ Top Tip: The Molly Malone Irish Pub in Puerto de la Cruz provides good entertainment.

This hotel is well kept with superb staff and service. The pool/garden area is excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and larger than average. Although a good distance uphill from the promenade, beach, lido etc., the hotel provides its own frequent courtesy bus. The quality of the food is good.
We have been visiting this hotel for a number of years and always look forward to a return trip.

“ hotel was lovely place if you want some were quite to relax , weather was lovely for october got to 31 . Not many english people at hotel, but that was not a bad thing ....... was a great stay all round , going back agian next year....(to same hotel)
“ Top Tip: a little bar on the hill looking out to watch sun set called ALBERTO'S , just round corner of hotel up a flight of stairs

Hotel has many excellent facilities, but suffers from location & a poor dining room where both service and the quality / variety of meals is not that of a four star hotel - it reminded me of the school canteen.
Very few British guests, but other nationalities v. friendly (mainly German / French / Spanish).
We went for the sunshine which was sadly lacking in the North of the Island and had to make a daily 1 hr 15 min trip each way to the South to find the sun.
The roof terrace was great when the sun shines - you have to ask reception to add access onto it on your room key so very private.
Car hire reasonable through the hotel at 20 euros a day.

This cozy hotel, recommended for adults only, was built in 2001. It consists of five 3-storey buildings with a total of 174 Junior Suites with lounge. Facilities include a 24-hour reception desk, lifts, hairdresser, newspaper stand, 2 bars and restaurants buffet and a la carte as well as a laundry service (for an extra charge). WIFI Internet access is available in the foyer, reception area and rooms (on demand). This complex is not fully All Inclusive, so some facilities and services are subject to an extra charge. The All Inclusive programme will be given to the guests on arrival. The stylish Junior Suites are equipped with living room, sofa bed, a bathroom with bath, hairdryer, separate bedroom, Wifi (with charge), fridge, air conditioning (limited hours), 2 satellite TVs (in the living room and bedroom), direct dial telephone and a furnished balcony or terrace. For an extra charge there is a minibar and safety deposit box.
“ Very bad choice if you a young couple that would like to enjoy some peaceful time.hotel is close to the beach but is on the hill, so if you older or pregnant you will think twice whether you want to go out anywhere.

Built in 1972 and renovated in 1996, this complex comprises 3 buildings. Facilities include a 24hs reception desk, a hairdresser, meeting rooms, tv room, games room, a laundrette (fee apply) and a air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area in each building. A public Internet terminal is also available for use.
“ A very friendly and clean hotel. Food rather basic. but there's a fair choice considering the price. Because it is central, therre is some noise from the street, but they will provide you with ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Rooms that face North are generally quieter.

“ Due to the hotel being built into the side of a hill it can be confusing that reception is on floor 16 and the bedrooms are lower. This makes it necessary to use the lift and at peak times it can take a while. However this hotel gives good value for money, it is in a good position for the town and it's amenties and the buffet food is well cooked and plentiful.
