“ this hotel is clearly not a 4 star hotel, which the price we paid reflects. the bar was not open until 1600 either for coffee or alcholic drinks - this may be because it was low season which I find strange as the time we visited coincided with the main carnival week. the outside pool was freezing and was not as advertised - heated in the winter months. the hotel does need updating and some works were being carried out during our stay. Overall okay considering what we paid. Probably would not go back. If you want a cheap centerally located hotel then this is fine, but please do not expect 4 star quality.
