I stayed at the Tenerife Ving for 15 nights and found it exceptional value for money.
Very clean, cleaner came round 6 out of 7 days.
Nice outside bar area, pool on the roof, all apartments had a balcony so was great for sitting out in, one side had views to Teide and the sea can be seen on the other side, there is music in the hotel net door but this stops around 11/12 at night and was never an issue, all rooms have a safe for a small charge and there is free wifi accessed in the lobby and outside bar area. its a 2 key hotel and worth every penny, if you want the ritz then this isnt for you, it is an exceptional aprt hotel and could be deemed a 3 key, pleasant staff who will try and help you with any issues you may have, we had no problems here and cant wait to re visit again soon, we will be staying here from now on.
Bus station 2 minutes walk and main square a ten minute walk. Excellent beach only 5 mins away.
Kitchen facilty was basic but ok to cook some good meals with the untensils pans ect provided, superrmarkets sell good ingredients, there is a Mercdona jst past the bus station and several other good sized supermarkets to buy goods from if you wanted to eat in.

Top Tip:
New robin hood bar situated under the highest tower block(yellow and white) seen from nearly all locations 10 minute wak from the hotel through he bus station keep going straight ahead. Excellent food and great fro a late breakfast after 11am.
By a bono card from the airport, 12 or 30 euros, takes the fare from the 12 or 30 euro balance but gives a good discount on just paying cash fares

“ This Hotel was sound for what it costs i went half board breakfast and evening meal, ended up eating out of an evening due to limited eve menu. Rooms were clean all in good order this hotel was a good base bus stops 3 min walk beach 6 min walk. Pool on the roof and sun loungers clean and tidy area. Veiws from hotel are limited. On the whole its good value.

“ Nice apartment but only basic kitchen facilities. Nice balcony. I was lucky I had mountain view.On busy road so could be noisy .Bus station and beach very close
“ Top Tip: Try the Valle Luz 5 minutes walk away for evening buffet at 5.40 euros. Excellent value for money

“ Great location with the main bus station, supermarket and sandy beach all within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. Hotel was fine and rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. However, rooms face north or south and we were given a north facing room that looked a tower block so we were in gloom for a week as my partner refused to repack and move. Try and get a south facing room near the road to get maximum sunshine and a view of Tiede. The north side is also affected by a noisy bar from across the road with loud singing up to 1am. We were on half board and the food was poor with a choice of 9 meals from a menu in the evening and no buffet. This would be tough if you were a veggie. Go self catering and there are are bars, restaurants and a supermarket near by. Free Wifi in the lounge. I would go again but self catering.
“ Top Tip: The sandy beach Playa Jardin is lovely and only 5 mins walk away.
