“ Top Tip: fishermans inn restaurant a short 10 minute walk has really good food although a limited menu all fresh & beautifully cooked & presented. also a friendly proprietor

“ Reception staff quick in getting you started on your holiday. We were allocated room 460 which is right at the far end of the hotel which was a long way from the lifts so if you have trouble walking it would be a nightmare. We found a shortcut but this meant going up steps so again anyone with trouble walking it would not be suitable. Pool area is excellent and you would go a long way to beat the view. There was always plentry of sunbeds available. Breakfast was really good with everything you could think of on offer.

Very friendly and helpful. Our first room was noisy and the balcony didn't get much sun, we asked to be moved and this was dealt with straight away, a far nicer room, lots of sun and very peaceful. The reception said they will always do their best to match guests to particular rooms if requested on booking. (Avoid room 401/402!)
The restaurant was excellant - plenty of choice (we were on half board) and differant options each of the 5 nights we were there. Only minor point, a vegetarian who also didn't eat fish would struggle a little.
The pool area is beautiful; around by the main pool was noisy at times with announcements and activities, but the far side overlooking Los Gigantes was very quiet and relaxing.
