This complex have access to a reception open 24hrs, TV room, a games room, snack-bar, bar, shop and restaurant. WiFi and laundry service are also available with extra charge.The apartments are situated in the heart of Puerto Santiago just 300 m from the beach and the centre of Puerto Santiago. Commercial areas with shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity. Links to the public transport network are across the road from the hotel. Transfer time from Tenerife South Airport is approx 50 minutes.The apartments are modern and come with twin beds and a sofa bed, a bathroom with hairdryer, a kitchen with microwave, oven, toaster and a kettle. Also a direct dial telephone, a hire safe, TV and terrace. The 2 bedroom apartments also have a double bed.There are 3 pools, one for children and one heated in the Winter. Two are situated on the roof terrace with panoramic solarium (1 for adults and the other for children). Guests may also wish to use the sauna, the jacuzzi and the gym. Tennis table facilities are also on offer, as well as billiards, minigolf and darts. There is also a naturist area. Some services carry an additional charge.Pets are accepted.

“ we were delighted with whole package the room which was allocated was superb ; the staff were friendly and very helpful the rooms were dated but very clean which suited us we will return .
“ Top Tip: there are plenty of restaurants about it is a walk down or up hill which ever way you go .

MEDIOCRE BUDGET HOTEL. VERY TIRED DECOR AND SOME LEAKY SINKS IN THE BATHROOM.

CAN'T COMMENT ON FOOD AS WE DIDIN'T EAT DINNER THERE ONLY BREAKFAST WHICH WAS AWFUL.
WE NOTICED ON CHECKING OUT IT WAS A GOLD RATING WITH RCI WHICH IS A TOTAL JOKE UNLESS THEY LAST INSPECTED IT IN THE 1970'S!

“ Previous reviews left us a little worried about the cleanliness of these apartments. We needn't have worried. The 2 bedroomed duplex apartment we had was clean enough. Some of the fixtures were basic and a little worn but cleanliness wasn't a problem. The kitchenette was small but very well equipped, with a large fridge freezer. The kids enjoyed the pools, but the roof pool was quite cool. The restaurant buffet was adequate, with reasonable choice. Street parking was tricky, particularly over Easter weekend, and we needed to leave our hire car a couple of hundred metres away some nights. Buses run frequently past the front of the hotel so access to public transport is very good. It was very handy having a few shops in the arcade below the apartments and a supermarket in the basement below the downstairs swimming pool. The shops all closed at 9pm and things quietened down nicely after then. Not much in the way of nightlife nearby, but this suited us.
“ Top Tip: We liked the beach at Playa de Arena, about half an hours walk away. Black sand though - mind you don't burn your feet! The "natural" swimming pool (sea water) was quite good too, about 10 minutes walk down the hill.

“ This is not a top notch hotel dripping with luxury and facilities, which is reflected in the rates, but it is clean, friendly and convenient. Most things are close at hand except things like night clubs and riotous bars which are thankfully a bus journey distant. Ideal for older clients and families with young children.
