The reception staff at the hotel were fantastic - always happy to help any queries e.g. good rstaurants, best way of getting to places, opening hours of museums.
Our room was really good - on the 5th floor, very large with an excellent bathroom.
The location was excellent, very central to shps and museums and we would definitely stay here again.

“ We booked 2 double rooms. The hotel is n a great location for the old town, 10 min stroll to the Cathedral. We had 2 minus points. The room was hot and no matter what setting you used on the aircon it never changed. Also one room had a safe the other did not, one room had a fridge the other did not. I dont know why. This did not bother us and I only mention it because the safe maybe an important item for some holiday makers.

“ This was a lovely hotel on a quiet square but still very close to all the best attractions. On the next square literally round the corner were all the tour buses, catherdral and numerous bars and restaurants. The hotel room was a little dated but very clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

“ We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The staff were all wonderfully helpful and spoke good english, our room was cleaned and tidied everyday to a very high standard (even our clothes we folded and bags hung up!).

Facilities include a range of bars and restaurants, swimming pool, garden terrace, and a fitness centre with sauna and whirlpool.

This city hotel has been completely renovated with consideration taken of all of the original architectural features and comprises a total of 57 rooms spread over 3 floors. Facilities include a foyer, a 24-hour reception, a safe, a lift, a cafe, a breakfast room, a hairdresser's salon and a TV room. Business guests may make use of the public Internet terminal and the conference room and those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park. There is a laundry service, medical assistance and room service available on request.
“ We used this as a last minute booking after a very late night event and was excellent for that purpose and at a very competetive rate. The staff were very helpful even when they knew what time we would be returning to the hotel! The hotel is one of the lovely old houses in Valencia now converted into a hotel.
