“ This hotel was refurbished not long ago and the facilities are modern and up-to-date. Service is good and attentive. Food is good but expensive. The restaurants nearby are all quite pricey due to the location. It is better to go into the town centre to eat. The location is a blessing and a curse. A blessing because it is right on the beach. A curse because even though the area has improved greatly in the last few years and there is a police station nearby, the streets in the vicinity are not really that safe, particularly for tourists.

“ We had to change rooms at extra cost - our allocated room overlooked extensive construction works. The hotel location was more a business place than a holiday location.
“ Top Tip: No the location was not really suitable for holidays.

“ Absolutely brilliant hotel...friendly staff, excellent facilities, great cleanliness...will definitely be going back!!!
“ Top Tip: The beach outside the hotel is amazing...the centre of town is definitely worth a visit and there are a few outdoor and indoor tapas bars down a side street opposite the Bull Ring which are fantastic!

“ Ideal Location for the beach/newly developed port area yet the city is only a short either taxi drive or bus trip away and with Valencia having a very efficient public transport system visitors get the best of both worlds i.e a city break and /or relaxing beach break. The beach front itself isn't overly developed akin to most Spanish resorts that most English holiday makers may jet off to. One notable thing was that we found no local supermarket/small shopping mart to get the usual self catering necessities i.e. in the main bottled water, although the hotel does have a water cooler on the top deck. The hotel itself was very clean with more than sufficient amenities to make for a stress free enjoyable stay at more than a reasonable price. There was also a nice water feature running through the centre of the whole building. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anybody.
“ Top Tip: There is an information centre directly outside the hotel's entrance I would suggest paying this a visit before trying to get to the city centre to learn about Valencia's public transport system, as its very efficient and can save you money if on a budget opposed to getting taxi's all the time. I'm sure its buses 32 definately and possibly 19or21 that you can get outside Las Arenas (massive 5* hotel approx 100m along the beach from hotel Neptuno). Dining, my prefernece was for the city restaurant's opposed to those on the beach front right beside hotel neptuno. For roughly the same price I thought you got a better choice, quality and experience with the former. There is a great selection of both old and modern eateries, whereas those on the seafront are all just replicas of each other.
