We found the hotel to be in a good location for the city, beach and most major attractions. It was close to good Metro & Bus links.
The staff were very good and the general condition of the hotel was excellent. There is a snack bar & main restaurant both of which are good and not "hotel" expensive.
The TV in the room was not that good but who goes on holiday to watch TV.
My only observation is that in a 4 star hotel I feel that it should have a hot drink making facility in the rooms.

“ considering that it during the main "Fallas", it is excellent value. I would be very happy to go back again. Its a bit of a walk to the old town but a cheap cab nearby and an easy walk back. Very clean, nice breakfast. I paid for a days parking, checked out by Noon but was able to leave my car in the car park for the whole afternoon. Very friendly and well organised.

Had a fabulous time at this hotel. This was our second visit. Only fault was that the drinks in the hotel were very very expensive, had they have been more reasonable we would have sat around the pool bar and spent a little more time at the hotel and maybe even spent a bit more.
It was fantastic to be able to have towels for the beach/pool each day too, just for 20 euro deposit for two towels and then they returned the euros when you handed in the towels back to reception. Great Service.
The staff were very helpful and even though sometimes their English (much better than our Spanish though) was limited they made every effort to make sure we understood what they were saying. Would definitely recommend this hotel, the breakfast was superb - everything you could possibly want.
“ Top Tip: We found a fantastic little restaurant, Sorsi Moris (Paseo de la Alameda, think it was just off Avenue Francia) a few minutes walk from the hotel, we ate here twice and both meals were superb and the staff were so friendly, even gave us a drink on the house as the liquer we asked for they didn't have. The prices were also very reasonable.
